Gebrauchsmuster Solar - Dachstein Ingenieurbüro fur Innovationen M. Titze; Postf. 1106,25311 Elmshom, TeL/Fax 04121 78596Utility model Solar - Dachstein Engineering Office for Innovations M. Titze; PO Box 1106, 25311 Elmshom, Tel/Fax 04121 78596
The invention relates to a device for roofing buildings and other facilities with the outer contours of commercially available roof tiles or roof tiles, which are, however, made of a wide variety of materials and are integrated into the photovoltaic solar modules for generating electrical energy. The electricity generated in daylight is collected and passed on via electrical conductors and connecting elements.
Photovoltaic solar modules are currently available in special shapes or casings that do not correspond to the traditional external shapes of roof tiles and roof shingles in their external appearance. Furthermore, integrating them into the roof surface is complicated and expensive because special brackets or additional parts, additional seals and increased effort for installation and servicing are required. Solar roof tiles that can be replaced by anyone at short notice, just like roof tiles, do not exist to date. This has the disadvantage that additional costs arise. The existing parts do not have a traditional appearance and are difficult to integrate into existing roof surfaces due to their shape and appearance. The disadvantages of roof tiles made of concrete or fired clay are that they are very sensitive to impact, crack quickly and generally have very low mechanical strength. In addition, their only job is to keep wind and weather out of the interior of the house.
The object of the present invention is therefore to construct a roof covering which, due to its shape, meets the requirements of a traditional roof covering and can be integrated into traditional roof coverings. Due to the material used, for example recycled plastic, it can be more durable than concrete blocks or roof tiles. It should allow individual roof elements to be replaced with little effort and the replacement should be simple and doable by anyone, similar to changing a light bulb. It should produce additional electricity by integrating photovoltaic solar modules into the individual elements and all of these properties should be contained in a single, quickly replaceable part. By combining and integrating photovoltaic solar modules with traditional weather protection parts, it should result in an exchangeable roof element that makes the costs for both roof coverings and electricity generation more cost-effective. It should fulfil two tasks. The building should be protected from the effects of the weather and at the same time electricity should be produced during daylight hours. Through mass production and minor changes in shape, the components can be used for roofing and wall cladding as well as for electricity production.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that roof tiles with the slightly modified outer contours of traditional roof tiles are manufactured from recycled plastic or other materials, for example, into which photovoltaic solar modules for generating electrical energy and elements for conducting the electricity are integrated. Further details can be seen in the drawings Fig. 1, 2 and 3.
