Zucker- Milchpulver und deren Dosierungs- bzw. VerpackungsformenSugar and milk powder and their dosage and packaging forms
Gerade in der Gastronomie, aber auch im privaten Haushalt, wird zu Kaffee, Tee oder anderen Heißgetränken Zucker und Milch zur Verfeinerung und Geschmacksveränderung verkonsumiert. Auffallend sind die Darreichungsformen A) der Süßstoffe wie Zuckerwürfel oder grobes Zuckerpulver in Portionsverpackungen (in der Gastronomie meistens in Tütchen bzw. verpackten Würfeln) oder anderen Behältern und B) der Milch oder Kaffeesahne in kleinen Aluminium - Portionsbehältern oder ähnlichen Kunststoffverpackungen oder in Dosen, Kännchen oder sonstigen Behältern. Der Faktor Umweltschutz / Verpackungsmüll scheint hier wenig Beachtung zu finden. Die Darreichungsform findet grundsätzlich in getrennten Behältnissen / Verpackungen statt, wird jedoch zum Verzehr im Getränk zusammengeführt. Die Verwendung sogenannter Kaffeeweisser, also Milchpulver oder Milchpulverersatz findet in der Gastronomie weniger, in Privathaushalten mehr Anwendung. Diese Pulver werden meistens in Großpackungen, Gläsern usw. angeboten.Especially in the catering industry, but also in private households, sugar and milk are consumed with coffee, tea or other hot drinks to refine and change the taste. Der im Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine Mischung aus Zucker und Milchpulver in einer Verpackung oder Verpackungseinheit bzw. Verbrauchseinheit so anzubieten, daß der Verbraucher das Kaffeeweissen und -süßen mit einem Pulvergergemisch erreicht und gleichzeitig Verpackungs-stoffe um einiges reduziert. Die Erfindung soll eine Alternative zu den gewöhnlichen 2 Teelöffeln Zucker und einen Schuß Milch bieten und gleichzeitig einen Beitrag zum Umweltproblem Verpackungsmüll leisten.The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the problem of offering a mixture of sugar and milk powder in a package or packaging unit or consumption unit in such a way that the consumer can achieve coffee whitening and sweetening with a powder mixture and at the same time reduce packaging materials considerably. Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß in Haushalten eine Großpackung mit Zucker- Milchpulver in fester oder loser Form, statt eine Packung Zucker und eine Packung Milchpulver, Anwendung findet. In der Gastronomie können anstelle der 2 Tütchen Zucker und ein Alu-Becher Milch durch diese Neuerung entweder eine Portionspackung Zucker- Milchpulver oder eine Verpackungseinheit, also ein "Doppeltütchen" das in der einen Hälfte Zucker und in der anderen Milchpulver enthält, Anwendung finden. Auch ist für die Gastronomie die Bevorratung des Pulvers in entprechenden Dosier- oder Vorratsbehältern mit frei wählbaren Mischungsverhältnis zum Portionieren möglich, um so unterschiedliche Geschmäcker zu bedienen. Eine Komprimierung des Gemisches zu einem Zucker- Milchpulverwürfel ist eine weitere Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeit und bietet eine weitere Alternative. Zucker-Milchwürfel oder andere feste Formen, gepresst oder gegossen, können in Packungseinheiten wie herkömmliche Zuckerwürfel oder in Portionsgrößen wie z.B. 2 Würfel in einer Verpackung oder anders angeboten werden.
