Description Multifunctional door lock arrangement of a counter strike plate.

State of the art El - E5, the known locking devices of this type El - E3 (AT-PS 343 5o7, FR 24 18 852 and US 41 88 753) offer the advantage of greater security compared to other locking devices, since in these known locking devices the two-armed lever with the locking hook engaging in the door leaf is actuated by the bolt.

With the El safety lock (AT - PS 343 5o7), the locking bolt can be locked in the locked position by a spring-loaded locking hook that can be operated with the help of an additional lock.

The cylinder tear-off protection E4 (DE 39 o9 584) has the advantage that it automatically locks the bolt in the door lock if a cylinder is torn off.

In addition to the aforementioned advantages, these locking devices have the major disadvantage that the locking device can only be operated from the outside and the inside using the appropriate key via the bolt.

By requiring an additional lock to lock the locking hook, El (AT-PS 343 507) has another significant defect: such locking devices can pose significant risks to residents, since, for example, in the event of a fire, panic or similar, the door locks are unlocked too slowly or are not possible at all if the key has been lost.

In this configuration, the cylinder tear-off protection E4 (DE 39 09 584 Al) only blocks the bolt of a door lock.

The counter-strike plate E5 (P 44 34 873.8 - 15) offers the advantage that the locking bolt is automatically forced into the fully extended position by or when the door is closed and the latch is pre-closed, and a locking device comes into releasable engagement with the latch.

El - E3 do not have any of these locking devices or the locking device, furthermore neither these nor E5 have the locking slide to prevent the latch from being pushed back in this preferred manner.

The invention is therefore based on the object of creating an improved door lock arrangement of a counter-locking plate (of the type mentioned at the beginning) which, while retaining its aforementioned advantages, can be pivoted to automatically engage the door lock by keyless external and internal operation, a locking part also comes into releasable engagement with the latch, and the whole can be opened by keyless internal operation, thus also offering basic panic function options.

The invention further provides that the panic function can be switched off and thus by means of key-operated external and internal operation, a locking slide is automatically moved into position to prevent the latch from being pushed back by means of a key operation when the locking bit-operated bolt is pre-locked. During this turn of the bolt, the locking bolt assigned to it is automatically pivoted to engage the door lock, a second turn of the bolt can be pre-locked using the slot-shaped sliding opening.

The ability to switch off the panic function can be desirable, for example when leaving the premises or when locking elements are easy to open, e.g. through glass recesses or similar.

The counter-locking plate and its automatic locking mechanism are intended to achieve a high, additional level of security, whereby unauthorized opening by prying is not conceivable without enormous expenditure of force or total and significant destruction of the frame or door and the associated large expenditure of time and noise.

The advantageous locking function of the well-known cylinder tear-off protection was not to be dispensed with in order to obtain advantageous and additional protection from the door lock to the counter-locking plate.

This is solved by the invention specified in the characterising part of the main claim.

The subclaims represent advantageous further developments.

According to this design, a door lock arrangement with a locking bolt in the counter-locking plate is created, in which the main advantages of the invention compared to the known counter-locking plates are that without any external action, just by pulling or pushing the door shut, the latch acts on the actuating arm of the locking bolt during the pre-closing and retracting movement through the recess in the counter-locking plate, which means that the actuating arm is forced from the back of the front wall and pivots inwards of the counter-locking plate and that the locking arm with its preferably slightly curved, hook-shaped extension is pivoted as a whole towards the back of the front wall and out of the opening of the counter-locking plate via the locking bolt rotation axis and is thus forced into its completely outward position through the engagement opening of the cover of the door lock.

In order to offer the advantage of a basic panic activation function and to achieve additional, and therefore essential, security, the invention also provides a locking part on the locking bolt, which can preferably also be a fixed locking device. The locking part then only comes - with a spatially favorable design and good allocation - into the essential, detachable engagement with the recess on the latch head during the pre-closing cycle of the latch, and the aforementioned parts thus in turn come into contact with one another. The locking bolt is therefore also opened if, for example, in the event of a malfunction of a similar nature or a spring break, etc., the locking bolt would then no longer close. If, for example, one of the aforementioned causes occurs in the event of a panic or fire, etc., the residents could be in great danger because the counter-locking plate is opened too late or is no longer possible at all.

By switching off the panic function, a locking bolt assigned to the bolt can be used to achieve a fundamentally complete locking option, which can then be activated from the outside and inside by means of a key operation of the locking bit-operated bolt during the pre-closing cycle and the retraction movement through the recess in the counter-locking plate.

The actuating arm of the locking bolt is actuated, which means that the actuating arm is forced from the back of the front wall and pivots inwards against the counter-locking plate and that the locking arm with its preferably slightly curved, hook-shaped extension is pivoted as a whole towards the back of the front wall and out of the opening of the counter-locking plate via the locking bolt rotation axis and is thus forced into its completely outward position through the engagement opening of the door lock face.

During this pre-closing turn of the bolt, it rests against the sliding surface of the locking slide and forces it to move vertically parallel to the front wall of the counter-locking plate in increasing displacement in the sliding opening, and by means of this lifting, its locking slide head with its contact surface is positioned against back pressure in front of the cam of the pre-closed latch.

A second pre-closing turn of the bolt or locking bolt is achieved exclusively by means of the special spring, with which the locking arm of the locking bolt is held in its fully extended position, and by means of its slot-shaped sliding opening, through which a pivot, which in turn is fixed in the counter-locking plate, passes and by means of which the locking bolt is then only moved inwards against the counter-locking plate with its actuating arm.

However, in order to achieve an independent counter-locking plate for certain cases of use, the invention provides that the counter-locking plate can also be locked by means of a locking bolt that can be operated by a locking cam if there is no door lock or the like, thus achieving an effective and independent access barrier that can be used in many areas.

It is advisable to maintain the advantageous additional function, e.g. the well-known cylinder anti-tear device in the door lock or similar, so that even if the cylinder is removed without permission, the cylinder anti-tear device is locked by a molding into the moldings of a groove-shaped recess, for example, on the locking hook in the counter-locking plate, thus locking the counter-locking plate and thus contributing to a high-security device.

Since the mechanically automatic security of this counter-locking plate is so high-quality, it seems obvious and sensible to connect it to an access control system.

The invention and its details are described below with reference to an embodiment shown schematically, partly in section, in the drawing (Fig. 1-7).

A door lock arrangement has a counter-locking plate D. This has a stationary, pivoting locking bolt V, which is preferably assigned to the latch 1 and the lock bolt 4. When the door is closed, the locking bolt V associated with the latch 1 is acted upon by the latter as it retracts through the recess a 14 and is automatically forced into the locking position and the

The locking bolt V associated with the lock bolt 4, however, is actuated by a one- and two-turn key-operated turn when the lock bolt 4 is inserted through the recess b 15 and is forced into the locking position by the actuated turn, as described below. It should be emphasized that the locking bolts' locking sequences are achieved independently of one another. However, upon request, a forced joint locking sequence can also be achieved by means of a connection, preferably by means of a connecting rod or the like, for example. The locking bolts V are fixed in the counter-locking plate D and are designed as two-armed levers with an actuating arm 13 and a locking arm 22 which preferably has a slightly curved locking hook 23 in the extension and is penetrated by a rotational axis hole 16 or a slot-shaped sliding opening 30 through which in turn a pivot pin 17 fixed in the cover wall 8 and in the pivot pin holder 9 passes. The actuating arm 13 also has a thrust surface 32. This is actuated by the latch 1 or the lock bolt 4 during the exit and entry, and by means of this the actuating arm 13 is forced inwards in the direction H of the counter-locking plate. Via the rotation axis E, the locking arm 22 with its locking hook 23 is pivoted in the direction I from the opening 20 in the counter-locking plate D into the engagement opening 5 of the cover 6 of the door lock C into its complete pre-locking position. During this turn, the preferably slightly curved locking part pivots - can in turn preferably also be a molded-on part - automatically with a favorable positioning and arrangement into releasable engagement in the recess 24, taking it along to the latch 1 Fig.l - 4.

The locking bolt V associated with the latch is automatically forced into its open position after the latch 1 is released by a leg spring 19 which is wound around the pivot pin 17 which is in turn fixed in the counter-locking plate D and which, with the thrust leg 29, is in action on the cam 12 which is formed on the actuating arm 13 and rests with the contact leg 31 on the inside of the front wall 7 (Fig.l).

The invention further provides that a key-operated one- and two-turn forward and reverse locking is to be carried out with the lock bolt 4 and the locking bolt V assigned to it.

The effect of the special spring 28 in conjunction with the slot-shaped sliding opening 30 proved to be an advantageous solution, with which the required single-turn and double-turn locking positions are achieved as follows. When the lock bolt 4 is pre-closed in one turn, it acts on the thrust surface 11 of the actuating arm 13 and pivots it in the direction H towards the strike plate. The locking arm 22 with its locking hook formation 23 is pivoted about the rotation axis E into the engagement opening 5 of the cover 6 of the door lock C Fig. 3. The special spring 28 lies with the support leg 31 on the front wall 7, runs in the pivot winding 30 around the pivot 17 further in an elongated length, then via a return winding 27 into the thrust leg 29, which bears against the cam 12 of the actuating arm 13, by means of which the locking bolt V is held in its sliding opening 36 on the locking bolt back side 39 on the jacket contact surface of the pivot 17. During the second pre-closing turn of the lock bolt 4, the lock bolt 4 forces the actuating arm 13 further in the direction H, pivots and moves the locking bolt V until it comes into contact with the jacket contact surface of the pivot pin 17 in the sliding opening 36 on the front wall side, the special spring 28 holds the locking arm 22 in its pre-closing position I Fig. 4. When the locking is closed again, the locking bolt V is automatically forced into its open position by the special spring under action Fig.l - 2.

In order to prevent the latch 1 and the locking bolt V from being pushed back, a locking slide 25 was arranged between these and the lock bolt 4 in the counter-locking plate D. The latch 1 or the locking bolt V is in the pre-locking position. When the lock bolt 4 is pre-locked, it acts on the run-on surface 38 of the locking slide 25 and forces it into its sliding opening 19, which is penetrated and guided by a bolt 21 fixed in the counter-locking plate D, vertically, rising parallel to the front wall, with its locking slide head 26 and its push-back contact surface 31 in front of or in the push-back locking position to the cam 12 of the locking bolt V Fig. 3 - 4.

The cams 12 of the locking bolts V also act as a retainer, which in the basic position Fig.l - 2 rests against the recess flanks 33 and thus limits the run-out of the actuating arm 13 in and out of the recesses (14 a - 15 b) of the front wall 7 of the counter-locking plate D.

The locking bolt V associated with the lock bolt 4 has a recess 24 in the locking hook 23, into which a locking lug 40 of the tear-out protection Fig. 6 engages in the event of unauthorized removal of the cylinder.

The locking pin 38 of an access control system Fig.5 releasably engages in the catch 37 of the locking bolt V when pre-locking into its locking position and is activated.

The opening of the counter-locking plate D takes place or is initiated by the return of the latch 1 or the lock bolt and seems conceivable if the above description is now carried out in the reverse order of the movement sequences, whereby it should be emphasized here: should a spring break or jam or the like occur before or during opening, the existing engagement of the locking part 10 with the latch 1 will forcibly bring it back, taking the locking bolt V with it.

All new features mentioned in the description and shown in the drawing are essential to the invention, even if they are not expressly claimed in the claims.

The embodiment shown and described serves only to explain the nature of the invention without limiting it to details. Many modifications are possible within the scope of the invention, for example the locking part 10 or the locking slide 25 could be attached in a different form, arrangement and arrangement, even without these the counter-locking plate D can be created and function, but the desired safety value would be reduced accordingly. Instead of the leg spring 32 or the special spring 28 used, other suitable springs or the like could be used in a different form and arrangement. The locking hook 23 could be straight instead of the slightly curved shape. Furthermore

it is particularly possible to arrange several operable locking bolts V. It is also possible to support the locking slide 25, when the lock bolt 4 is returned, in its lowering by means of a spring. It is also understood that, if the lock bolt 4 is not to be extended for a second turn, then the associated locking bolt V and the special spring 28 could be in a simplified, required type and shape, e.g. the sliding opening 36 - a pivot hole - and the special spring 28 - the same as the leg spring 32. It is also understood that the locking bolts V with their locking hooks 23 lock in locking elements specially inserted into the door leaf, for example.

Multifunctional door lock arrangement of a counter strike plate

A counter-strike plate has pivotally mounted locking bolts with a locking part and locking slide, whereby the locking bolts are designed as a two-armed lever with a locking arm and an actuating arm, which then forces a door lock into its locking position in one and two turns when its latch and the lock bolt are pre-closed, the locking part is carried along with the latch and the locking slide is in the locking position with the locking bolt.

A simple, reliable solution is achieved by the fact that the actuating arms (13) of the locking bolt (V), associated with the latch, are actuated by the latch (1) during its pre-closing cycle and, associated with the latch, during one and two-turn pre-closing cycles of the latch (4), whereby the locking bolt (V) is pivoted via the rotation axis E with the locking arm (22) and its molded locking hook (23), from the opening (20) of the counter-locking plate (D) reaches through the engagement opening (5) of the cover (8) and is completely closed to the door lock (C). During the pre-closing cycle, the locking bolt (V) with its locking part (10) in the recess (2) and that of the latch (1) come together in a drive. The lock bolt (4) acts on the locking slide (25) and moves it by lifting it with its locking slide head (26) against pushing back in front of the cam (12) of the locking bolt (V).

Claims (9)

- 1 claims 1. Door lock arrangement with locking bolt (V) in the counter-locking plate (D), the locking bolts (V) being designed as a two-armed lever with an actuating arm (13) and with a locking arm (22) and being pivotably mounted in the counter-locking plate (D) against the action of leg springs (19), and with a door lock (C) with a latch (1) and a bolt (4), characterized, that the actuating arms (13) of the locking bolts (V), arranged in accordance with the latch, are acted upon by the latch (1) during the extension and retraction movement and during the single and two-turn extension and retraction movement of the bolt (4), arranged in accordance with the latch, whereby the locking bolts (V) are pivoted into their locking position, in which a locking hook (23) arranged on the locking arm (22) reaches through an opening (20) in the counter-locking plate (D) and an engagement opening (5) in the cover (8). 2. Counter-striking plate according to claim 1,
characterized, that the latch (1) with its recess (2) comes into releasable engagement by means of a locking part (10) arranged on the locking bolt (V). 3. Counter-locking plate according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized, that instead of the aforementioned locking part (10) a locking formation is arranged on the locking bolt (V), by means of which it comes into releasable engagement with the recess (2) of the latch (1). 4. Counter-locking plate according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized, that a recess (24) has been arranged on the locking hook of the locking bolt (V) into which a cylinder tear-out protection device (Y) from the door lock (C) can engage. 5. Counter-locking plate according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized, that the locking hooks (23) have a catch (27) or the like, into which a locking device, such as a locking pin (28) which is mounted in the counter-locking plate (D), can be inserted, wherein this device is connected to an electrical access control system. 6. Counter-locking plate according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized, that the locking slide (25) has a sliding surface (11) and a sliding opening (15) which is mounted in the counter-locking plate (D) between the latch (1) and the bolt (4) so that it can move vertically, and on which the bolt (4) runs by means of the pre-closing turn on the sliding surface (11) and raises parallel to the front wall (7) and in a vertically increasing displacement with its locking slide head (26) when the latch (1) or the locking bolt (V) is pre-closed against being pushed back against it comes into the locking position to its cam (12). 7.
