Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Dampfkocheinrichtung, bei welcher die Kochkisten durch einen Dampfkessel mit Dampf beheizt werden. Die Kocheinrichtung ist aber dergestalt angeordnet, daß die einzelnen Kessel auch mit direkter Feuerung versehen werden können.
