Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Brechmaschine. Die Erfindung ist in Fig. 1 im Längsschnitt und in Fig. 2 in Draufsicht veranschaulicht.The subject of the invention is a crusher. The invention is shown in FIG illustrated in longitudinal section and in Fig. 2 in plan view.
Der Zwieback wird zwischen zwei endlosen Bändern 1, 2 zugebracht, deren Bahnen behufs leichteren Einbringens des Zwiebacks sich erst nach und nach nähern, dann aber dicht aneinander anliegen. Gegen die Bahn der endlosen Bänder drückt eine Rolle 3, durch welche die Bänder im stumpfen Winkel abgebogen werden. Die beiden Bänder i, 2 werden in gleicher Richtung angetrieben, so. daß eine an der schiefen Fläche 5 zwischen die Bänder eingeschobene Zwiebacktafel von den Bändern fortgeführt wird. Der Zwieback wird zwischen den beiden Bändern festgepreßt und durch die Rolle 3 an der Knickstelle 4 gebrochen. Der auf diese Weise in Streifen unterteilte Zwieback gelangt durch die Förderbänder nunmehr zwischen die Brech walzen 6, 7, welche im vorliegenden Falle aus geriffelten Walzen beispielsweise aus Kautschuk gebildet werden. Wie in Fig. 2 ersichtlich, sind die Walzen so zueinander versetzt, daß die Riffeln der einen Walze in den Lücken der zweiten Walze liegen. Die Zwiebackstreifen werden durch diese Walzen zickzackförmig abgebogen, und zwar, da dem Abstand der einzelnen Riffeln gerade die Breite bzw. die Länge der beabsichtigten Zeltchen entspricht, an den an der Zwiebacktafel vorgekerbten oder sonstwie vorbereiteten Stellen. Der nunmehr in die einzelnen Zeltchen unterteilte Zwieback wird von dem Bande 2 bis zu einer Schrägfläche 8 weitergefördert, an welcher die Zeltchen aus der Maschine herausgleiten. Bei der veranschaulichten Ausführung liegen je zwei Förderbänder nebeneinander, wodurch gleichsam zwei zwangläufig miteinander arbeitende Maschinen geschaffen werden, von denen jede der Breite einer Zwiebacktafel entspricht.
