Durch die eine Bohrung ist ein Trichter gesteckt, welcher mit Glashahn versehen ist und zur Aufnahme von H2O2 dient, und durch die andere geht ein Glasrohr, welches mit dem Vakuum verbunden ist, um die sich im Kolben entwickelnden Dämpfe abzusaugen. Im Trichter werden 11 g H2 O2 31 prozentig abgewogen, welche tropfweise dem P O Cl3 zugelassen werden. Während dieser Operation muß der Kolbeninhalt vorsichtig etwas durchgemischt werden und man muß darauf achten, daß das Vakuum gut funktioniert, damit die Chlorwasserstoffdämpfe gut abgezogen werden. 30 g of phosphorus oxychloride (PO Cl 3 ) are placed in a glass flask which is cooled with ice water.
