Im Rahmen des Hauptpatentes besteht die Kunstharzzwischenschicht bezüglich des Kunstharzes vollständig aus Polyurethan. Sie kann zusätzlich Beimischungen von unbrennbaren Füllstoffen und eine Beimischung aus Natriumsilizium aufweisen. Den Einsatz von Polyvinylchlorid für die Kunstharzzwischenschicht hat man im Rahmen des Hauptpatentes vollständig vermieden, weil man befürchtete, daß bei höheren und hohen Temperaturen aus dem Chlorgehalt des Polyvinylchlorids bzw. bei der Verbrennung Chlor frei wird, woraus in Anwesenheit von Wasserdampf Salzsäure entsteht, die stark korrodierend und außerdem gesundheitsschädlich ist. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist daher gleichsam der allgemeine Erfindungsgedanke des Hauptpatentes, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß bei Aufbau von Innenmantel und Außenmantel als engmaschige Diffusionssperre die Kunstharzzwischenschicht aus einer Mischung von Polyurethan mit Polyvinylchlorid oder mit Polyvinylacetat besteht. Nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform liegt das Mischungsverhältnis Polyurethan / Polyvinylchlorid oder Polyvinylacetat etwa im Bereich 20-40 Anteile / 10-20 Anteile. Insbes. eignet sich Natriumsilizium als Füllstoff 7.
