Vorzugsweise ist die Abtastleitung 5 abwärts zur Abtastkammer 10 gerichtet — obgleich eine Einmündung in Querrichtung nach F i g. 4 auch möglich ist — und mündet vorzugsweise nahe der Spitze der kegelförmigen Abtastkammer 10 aus. Ferner hat die Abtastkammer 10 z.
