Abstract
Description
- a) Es wird ein Katalysator hergestellt, der mindestens ein Element, das aus der Gruppe IIIB einschließlich der Lanthanide und Actinide, der Gruppe IVB, der Gruppe VB, der Gruppe VIB ausgesucht wurde, mindestens eine Porenmatrix, die meist aus amorphem Oxid besteht oder eine schlecht kristallisierte Matrix ist, die eventuell in Verbindung mit einem zeolithhaltigen oder einen nichtzeolithhaltigen Molekularsieb vorkommt, eventuell mindestens ein Element aus der Gruppe VIII, eventuell mindestens ein Element, das aus der Gruppe P, B und Si ausgesucht wurde, eventuell mindestens ein Anion aus der Gruppe VIIA, eventuell Kohlenstoff und eventuell Wasser aufweist.
- b) Der nach Stufe a) erhaltene Katalysator wird einer Reduktionsbehandlung unterzogen, indem der Katalysator in einem Reaktor einem Reduktionsgas oder einem Reduktionsgas gemisch außer Wasserstoff bei einer Heiztemperatur von über 40°C und einem Druck von über 0,01 MPa ausgesetzt wird.
- c) Die Katalysatorschwefelung wird durchgeführt, indem der reduzierte Katalysator, der in Stufe b) gewonnen wurde, einem festen, flüssigen oder gasförmigen Schwefelungsmittel bei einer Temperatur von zwischen 40 und 1000°C und einem Druck von über 0,01 Mpa ausgesetzt wird.
- - 0,01 bis 40 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise 0,01 bis 0,35 Gewichtsprozent und in einer noch bevorzugteren Ausführungs form 0,01 bis 30 Gewichtsprozent von mindestens einem Metall, das unter den Elementen der Gruppen IIIB, IVB, VB, VIB ausgesucht wurde,
- - 0,01 bis 99 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise 1 bis 98 Gewichts prozent von mindestens einem Träger, der aus der Gruppe der amorphen Matrizen und der schlecht kristallisierten Matrizen ausgesucht wurde,
- - 0,001 bis 30 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise 0,01 bis 55 Gewichtsprozent, Schwefel,
- - 0 bis 30 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise 0,01 bis 25 Gewichts prozent von mindestens einem Metall der Gruppe VIII, und eventuell
- - 0 bis 90 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 85 Gewichts prozent, und in einer noch bevorzugteren Ausführungsform 0,1 bis 80 Gewichtsprozent eines zeolithhaltigen oder nicht zeolithhaltigen Molekularsiebs,
- - 0 bis 40 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 30 Gewichts prozent, und in einer noch bevorzugteren Ausführungsform 0,1 bis 20 Gewichtsprozent von mindestens einem Element, das aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Bor, Silizium und Phosphor, ausgesucht wurde,
- - 0 bis 20 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 15 Gewichts prozent und in einer noch bevorzugteren Ausführungsform 0,1 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent von mindestens einem Element, das aus der Gruppe VIIA ausgesucht wurde.

Viskosität bei 50°C: 3,72 cSt
Schwefel: 1,57 Gewichtsprozent
Simulierte Destillation Flammpunkt (PI): 153°C
5 Prozent: 222°C

Claims (17)
- a) es wird ein Reaktionsgemisch zubereitet, das mindestens ein Element, das aus der Gruppe IIIB einschließlich der Lanthanide und Actinide, der Gruppe IVB, der Gruppe VB und der Gruppe VIB ausgesucht wurde, eventuell ein Element der Gruppe VIII, mindestens eine Porenmatrix, die meist aus einem amorphen Oxid besteht oder schlecht kristallisiert ist, die eventuell in Verbindung mit einem zeolithhaltigen oder ein nichtzeolithhaltigen Molekularsieb vorkommt, eventuell mindestens ein Element, das aus der Gruppe P, B und Si ausgesucht wurde, eventuell mindestens ein Anion der Gruppe VIIA, eventuell Kohlenstoff und eventuell Wasser enthält,
- b) eine Reduktionsbehandlung des in Stufe a) gewonnenen Katalysators wird in einem Reaktor bei einer Heiztemperatur von über 40°C und einem Druck von über 0,01 MPa durchgeführt, indem der besagte Katalysator einem Reduktionsgas oder einem Reduktionsgasgemisch außer Wasserstoff ausgesetzt wird,
- c) die Schwefelung des Katalysators erfolgt dadurch, dass der reduzierte Katalysator, der in Stufe b) hergestellt wurde, einem festen, flüssigen oder gasförmigen Schwefelungsmittel bei einer Temperatur von zwischen 40 und 1000°C und einem Druck von über 0,01 MPa ausgesetzt wird.
