Description
- - Herstellen eines fasrigen Vorformlings aus einem Faserblock, wobei in dem Block mindestens ein Schnitt gebildet wird, um zwischen zwei Teile des Vorformlings, die den Blättern oder den Windungen einer herzustellenden Feder entsprechen, einen Zwischenraum zu schaffen, und
- - Verdichten des Vorformlings mit einem Matrixmaterial des thermostabilen Verbundwerkstoffs.
Claims (18)
- - Herstellen eines fasrigen Vorformlings aus einem Faserblock, wobei in dem Block mindestens ein Schnitt gebildet wird, um zwischen zwei Teilen des Vorformlings, die den Blättern oder den Windungen einer herzustellenden Feder entsprechen, einen Zwischenraum zu schaffen, und
- - Verdichten des Vorformlings mit einem Matrixmaterial des thermostabilen Verbundwerkstoffs.
