Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorwärmeranlage für Dampfkessel und bezweckt die Speisung der Vorwärmer mit so hoch erhitztem Wasser, daß sie nicht mehr zum Schwitzen gelangen und demzufolge die Kratzereinrichtungen für sie entbehrlich werden. Zugleich sollen die Feuerungsabgase nach ihrem Bestreichen des Vorwärmers noch weiter ausgenutzt werden. Die Erfindung besieht darin, daß im Abzug der Heizgase des Kessels hinter dem Ekonomiser ein Wasservorerhitzer so angeordnet ist, daß dadurch keine Zugverengung gebildet ist.The invention relates to a preheater system for steam boilers and aims the Feeding of the preheater with water heated to such an extent that it can no longer be used Sweat and consequently the scratching devices become unnecessary for them. In dem Abzug der Feuerungsgase des Dampfkessels ist hinter dem Ekonomiser g der Wasservorerhitzer a so angeordnet, daß dadurch keine Verengung des Zuges gebildet ist, und zwar kann dieser Vorerhitzer α senkrecht oder wagerecht angeordnet sein. Dem Vorerhitzer α wird durch die Leitung b das zum Speisen des Ekonomisers bestimmte Wasser zugeführt und von dem Vorerhitzer a durch die Leitung c in das untere Sammelrohr k des Ekonomisers weitergeführt. Der Abdampf der Speisepumpe gelangt durch die Leitung d in den Vorerhitzer α und wird durch / wieder abgeleitet. Dieser Dampf wird im Vorerhitzer überhitzt, so daß ein Schwitzen des letzteren ausgeschlossen ist, und das schon in erhitztem Zustand in den Ekonomiser eintretende Wasser verhindert ein Schwitzen der Ekonomiserröhren. In dem unteren Sammelrohr k und dem oberen m des Ekonomisers sind in bekannter Weise Klappen e eingesetzt, um das durchfließende Wasser zu zwingen, den Weg durch den ganzen Ekonomiser zu nehmen. Zwischen den beiden Gruppen der Ekonomiserröhren g ist eine Tür/ angeordnet.
