Description

  • Elektrische Steckvorrichtung Bei elektrischen Steckvorrichtungen, die für Starkstrom-Zwecke Verwendung finden sollen, besteht die Forderung, daß Zugentlastungsmittel für das Anschlußkabel unverlierbar mit der Steckvorrichtung verbunden sein müssen. Wenn bei vielpoligen, insbesondere runden Steckvorrichtungen gedrängter Bauart der Zugang zu den Anschlußschrauben für die Leiter in Richtung der Kabeleinführung liegt, behindert die über dem Kabelanschlußraum angeordnete Zugentlastungsschelle das Anschließen der einzelnen Leitung-
    adern ganz erheblich.

    Gemäß der neuerung wird daher vorgeschlagen, die Zugentlastungsschelle drehbar am Isolierkörper zu befestigen und während des Anschließens der Leiterenden um ihren Drehpunkt aus dem Anschlußbereich des Kabels herauszuschwenken.
  • An Hand der Zeichnung wird die neuerung näher erläutert.
  • Es stellt dar : Fig. 1 einen Isolierkörper mit ausgeschwenkter Schelle, Fig. 2 den gleichen Isolierkörper nach der Kabelmontage im Gehäuse eingebaut.
  • @ In Fig. 1 ist der Isolierkörper 1 mit Stiftkontakten 2 für eine mehrpolige, runde Steckvorrichtung dargestellt.
  • Die auf der Anschlußseite des Kabels 3 befestigte Zugentlastungsschelle 4 ist im lunkt 5 drehbar angeordnet.
  • Die Fig. 1 zeigt das bereits angeschlossene Kabel und die seitlich ausgeschwenkte Zugentlastungsschelle 4.
  • In ring. 2 ist die Zugentlastungsschelle 4 in ihrer Normalstellung und die mit ihr verschraubte Gegenschelle 6
    gezeigt. Der Isolierkörper 1 ist in das Gehäuse 7 einge-

    bettet, welches vor dem Anschluß der Leiterenden an die
    klemmen 8 über das Kabel 5 gestreift worden ist. Um der
    Zugentlastungsschelle 4 nach der L-abelmontage und dem einsetzen in das Gehäuse 7 eine eindeutige Festlegung zu verschaffen, ist neuerungsgemäß weiterhin vorgesehen, daß die Zugentlastungsschelle z. B. mit ihrer Kante 9 in eine entsprechende Aussparung 1o des Gehäuses 7 eingreift.

Claims (2)

  1. Schutzansprüche 1) Elektrische Steckvorrichtung mit am Isolierkörper unverlierbar angebrachter Zugentlastung für das Anschlußkabel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugentlastungsschelle (4) drehbar am Isolierkörper (1) befestigt ist und während des Anschließens der Leiterenden um ihren Drehpunkt (5) aus dem Anschlußbereich des Kabels (3) herausgeschwenkt wird.
  2. 2) Elektrische Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugentlastungsschelle (4) in íhrer lozamalstelltzg in eine Ausnehmung (lo) des Ge-
    häuses (7) eingreift und dadurch gegen unbeabsichtigtes Drehen gesichert ist.
