Lötverbindung zwischen-Quarz- und Metallrohr Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lötverbindung zwischen einem Quarzrohr und einem dazu axial fluchtenden Metallrohr. Es ist bekannt, daß Lötverbindungen dieser Art besonders zerbrechlich
sind wegen des unterschiedlichen Temperaturverhaltens der
beiden
Materialien. Daher hat man bisher gelegentlie" @:.uchti den Fuß des Quarzrohres
durch Anschweißen von mehreren Glas-ing mit sich langsam ändernden
Ausdehnungskoeffizienten allmählich an
das Temperaturverhalten
des Metallrohres anzupassen. Aber selbst
bei diesem
komplizierten Verfahren waren Brüche des äußerst fragilen
Durch die beschriebene Lötung -wird nicht nur die mechanische Ver-Bindung
von Quarzrohr und Tragrohr erreich-, sondern auch die Vakuumdichtheit; dafür sorgt
die gute Benetzung von Titan auf Quarz Die konische Formgebung des Rohrfußes und
die zugehörige trichterförmige Erweiterung des Metallrohres tragen der radialen
und axialen Ausdehnung vor. Quarzrohr und Metallrohr Rechnung, sowie der optimalen
.Rene tzung der Kontaktflüchen., Das folgende praktische Beispiel soll zeige::,
daß die erfindungs-
gemäße Lötverbindung zu dem gewünschten Erfolg führt:
