Um die Flügel und Wände der Teigknetmaschine zu reinigen, ist ein Bürstenrahmen vorgesehen, welcher in die Maschine eingesetzt werden kann und durch welchen die Flügel hindurchbewegt werden können, oder aber der ganze Rahmen wird in Bewegung versetzt, um dann die Wände zu reinigen.

Der Bürstenrahmen besteht, aus mehreren Bürsten a, c, i und d, von denen die drei ersteren durch ein Bandeisen b miteinander verbunden sind. Dreht man jetzt an der Kurbel, so legen sich die Flügel h gegen die Bürste d und nehmen sie sowie den ganzen Bürstenrahmen mit; die Bürste d sowie die äußeren Bürsten i reinigen dann die Wände. Um während des ganzen Vorganges einen ständigen Wasserzufluß zu erhalten, ist in den Stirnwänden des Troges je ein Loch angeordnet, in welches ein mit nach unten gerichteten Löcherchen versehenes Rohr k mittels Schraubenmutter / gehalten wird.ο If the wings (kneading arms) h are to be cleaned, the longitudinal brush d is pulled out of the brush frame so that it can be placed against the wall of the trough.
