Die Erfindung betrifft einen Magnetverschluß für Wetterlampen derjenigen Art, bei welcher ein von außen unzugänglicher Riegel durch die Wirkung einer Feder in solcher Stellung gehalten wird, daß er den Gestellring gegen Drehung am Lampentopf sichert und so ein Abschrauben des Gestellringes unmöglich macht. Obwohl sich diese bekannten Magnetverschlüsse nur durch Anwendung eines Magneten öffnen sollen, so ist es bis jetzt doch noch nicht gelungen, solche Vorrichtungen, selbst bei Anwendung sehr starker Federn, so auszuführen, daß sie nicht etwa durch Aufstoßen der Lampe auf einen harten Gegenstand und gleichzeitiges Verdrehen der beiden Teile gegeneinander geöffnet werden können. Es gibt nun schon solche Anordnungen, bei welchen neben dem eben erwähnten Verschluß ein besonderer beweglicher Teil, etwa ein Bolzen oder dergl., in solcher Weise angeordnet ist, daß bei dem obenerwähnten Versuch, die Lampe unbefugt, d. h. ohne Magneten zu öffnen, derselbe Stoß oder Schlag, welcher den federnden Riegel aus der Verschlußlage zurückbewegt, den losen Teil in eine entsprechende Aussparung des Oberteiles hineinschleudert und so das Lösen des Verschlusses verhindert. Diese Vorrichtungen haben aber aus dem Grunde keinen Eingang in die Praxis gefunden, weil sie eben lose Teile enthalten, die beim Reinigen usw. der Lampe leicht verlegt werden können und nachher nicht mehr aufzufinden sind. Wenn hierbei der das Reinigen besorgende Arbeiter, der in kurzer Zeit eine ziemlich große Anzahl von Lampen zu reinigen hat, das Wiedereinsetzen des herausgefallenen Bolzens vergißt, so ist der ganze Zweck der Einrichtung verfehlt.
