Gemäß Abb. 1 ist über der Badewanne 1 ein viereckiger Rahmen 2 angeordnet, der in einem Scharnier 3 an der Wand befestigt ist. Der Rahmen trägt durch Ringe geführt den Schutzvorhang 4. Der Schutzvorhang ist am Scharnier und gegenüber geteilt. Die Teilung gestattet, daß der Schutzvorhang mittels der Ringführung zu der vorderen Seite des Rahmens (Abb. 3, Strecket-B) hingeschoben werden kann. Der Rahmen mit dem so angeordneten Schutzvorhang kann gemäß Abb. 2 mittels eines Zugseiles 5 um das Scharnier nach oben geschwenkt werden. Dadurch wird der Schutzvorhang aus der Wanne herausgehoben und gleichzeitig so gelagert, daß anhaftendes Wasser in die Wanne abtropfen kann. Nach Abtropfen des Wassers kann der Rahmen einschließlich dem mit ihm verbundenen Brausekopf 6 weiter nach oben geschwenkt werden, so daß der Vorhang nahe der Wand zu hängen kommt. Auf diese Weise werden auch gegebenenfalls über der Wanne angeordnete Armaturen freigelegt, und die Wanne ist für die verschiedenen Verwendungszwecke zugängig.
