Extruder 1 mit Breitschlitzdüse 1 erzeugt die 300 µm dicke opake Unterschicht 3 die in diesem Fall mit Luftrakel (nicht eingezeichnet) auf die Chill-roll auflegt wird. Im Extruder 2 wird die Folie 13 über eine Anpresswalze 15 der transparenten Oberschicht 18 zugeführt. Das Kaschieren und Prägen erfolgt unter der Anpresswalze 15. Die erzeugte nun zweischichtige Kunststofffolie 21 wird mit dem Dickenmessgerät 12 automatisch überprüft und die Dicke nachgeregelt. Extruder 1 erzeugt über die Breitschlitzdüse 1 die opake Kunststoffschicht 3 die 300 µm beträgt. Über die Abrollung 6 wird die Tranferfolie 5 der Schicht 3 zugeführt. Unter Anpresswalze 4 erfolgt die Kaschierung des Dekors. Die Trägerfolie 8 wird über Walze 10 abgezogen und mit Wickler 9 aufgerollt. Die nun zweischichtige Folie 13 wird über das Dickenmessgerät 12 geführt, das die Breitschlitzdüse automatisch nachregelt. Das nachfolgende Wendekreuz dreht die Folie, sodass das Dekor zur Chill-roll 2 zeigt, wo die transparente Kunststoffschicht 18 100 µm hinzu extrudiert wird. Unter Anpresswalze 15 wird dann kaschiert und geprägt. Die Folie ist nun dreischichtig und wird weitergeführt zu den Beschichtungsanlagen und dem Wickler.Extruder 1 produces, via the slot die 1, the opaque plastic layer 3 which is 300 μm.
