Abstract
The invention relates to a plastic fastener extruder, which comprises a mouth mold, wherein a fastener main body molding passage and a reinforcing rib molding passage are arranged in the mouth mold, and the inlets of the fastener main body molding passage and the reinforcing rib molding passage are independent from each other but the outlets of the fastener main body molding passage and the reinforcing rib molding passage are intersected with each other; the device also comprises two plastic extrusion devices arranged on the same machine table, wherein each plastic extrusion device comprises a gun barrel, an extrusion screw, an extrusion motor, a hopper arranged at the feeding end of the gun barrel and a machine head; the mouth mold is arranged on the machine head of one plastic extrusion device to be directly communicated with the machine head of the plastic extrusion device, and is communicated with the machine heads of the other plastic extrusion device through a connecting pipe. The invention can be used for processing plastic fasteners with different materials or/and colors of the fastener main body and the reinforcing ribs.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an improved structure of a plastic fastener extruder.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, the plastic fastener with the reinforcing ribs 02 on the back of the fastener main body 01 is formed by integrally forming the fastener main body 01 and the reinforcing ribs 02 but by plastics of different materials and colors, and is limited by a single extrusion device on a machine table and a single plastic forming channel in a die, and the traditional plastic fastener extruder cannot be used for integrally forming the plastic fastener with the structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an extruder capable of integrally forming the plastic fastener.
Therefore, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the plastic fastener extruder comprises a mouth mold, wherein a fastener main body molding channel and a reinforcing rib molding channel are arranged in the mouth mold, and the inlets of the fastener main body molding channel and the reinforcing rib molding channel are independent from each other, but the outlets of the fastener main body molding channel and the reinforcing rib molding channel are intersected with each other;
the plastic extrusion device comprises a gun barrel, an extrusion screw rod arranged in the gun barrel, an extrusion motor arranged outside the gun barrel and used for driving the extrusion screw rod, a hopper arranged at the feeding end of the gun barrel and a machine head arranged at the discharging end of the gun barrel; the machine heads of the two plastic extrusion devices are respectively connected with the inlets of the fastener main body molding channel and the reinforcing rib molding channel so as to respectively inject plastic solutions with different types or/and colors into the fastener main body molding channel and the reinforcing rib molding channel;
the two plastic extrusion devices are arranged on the same machine table, and the mouth mold is arranged on the machine head of one plastic extrusion device to be directly communicated with the machine head of the plastic extrusion device and communicated with the machine head of the other plastic extrusion device through the connecting pipe.
Preferably, the mouth mold is further provided with a decorative film channel, the decorative film channel and the reinforcing rib forming channel are respectively arranged at two corresponding sides of the fastener main body forming channel, and the decorative film channel is provided with an independent inlet, but the outlet of the decorative film channel converges into the outlet of the fastener main body forming channel.
Preferably, the mouth mold is also provided with a protective film channel, the protective film channel is positioned at the outer side of the decorative film channel, and the protective film channel is provided with an independent inlet but the outlet is converged into the outlet of the fastener main body forming channel.
The invention is provided with a fastener main body molding channel and a reinforcing rib molding channel in the mouth mold, wherein the outlet of the reinforcing rib molding channel is converged into the outlet of the fastener main body molding channel, and simultaneously, the invention is also provided with two plastic extrusion devices for simultaneously processing plastics with different materials or/and colors, so as to respectively provide plastic solutions with different materials or/and colors for the fastener main body molding channel and the reinforcing rib channel.

Detailed Description
The invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to FIGS. 1-7:
plastics fastener extruder is equipped with fastener main part plastics extrusion mechanism 20 and strengthening rib plastics extrusion mechanism 30 on board 10 including board 10.
The fastener body plastic extrusion mechanism 20 comprises a first transmission case 21 and a first motor 22 which are arranged at the top of the machine table 10 and are in transmission connection with each other, a first gun barrel 23 arranged on the front side wall of the first transmission case 21, a first hopper 24 arranged at the top of a feeding end of the first gun barrel 23, a first extrusion screw arranged in the first gun barrel 23 in a front-back direction and in transmission connection with the first transmission case 21 at the rear end, and a first machine head 25 arranged at the outer front end of the first gun barrel 23 and used for guiding out plastic solution in the first gun barrel 23. The first gun barrel 23 is arranged in a case 26, and the case 26 is fixedly arranged on the machine table 10.
The reinforcing rib plastic extrusion mechanism 30 comprises a second transmission case 31 installed at the top of the machine table 10, a first motor 32 installed on the rear side wall of the transmission case 31 and in transmission connection with the second transmission case 31, a second gun barrel 33 arranged on the front side wall of the transmission case 31, a second hopper 34 arranged at the top of a feeding end of the second gun barrel 33, a second extrusion screw rod arranged in the second gun barrel 33 in a front-back direction and in transmission connection with the second transmission case 31 at the rear end, and a second machine head 35 arranged at the outer front end of the second gun barrel 33 and used for guiding out plastic solution in the second gun barrel 33.
A mouth mold 40 is fixedly installed on the front end face of the case 26, a fastener main body forming passage 41, a reinforcing rib forming passage 42, a decorative film passage 43 and a protective film passage 44 are arranged in the mouth mold 40 in a front-back direction, the reinforcing rib forming passage 42 and the decorative film passage 43 are respectively arranged above and below the fastener main body forming passage 41, the protective film passage 44 is arranged above the decorative film passage 43, the fastener main body forming passage 41 is provided with a first discharge port 41.2 communicated with the outside, the reinforcing rib forming passage 42 is provided with a second discharge port 42.2 communicated with the outside, the first discharge port 41.2 and the second discharge port 42.2 are mutually intersected, and outlets of the decorative film passage 43 and the protective film passage 44 are successively converged into the first discharge port 41.2 from the top.
The fastener body forming channel 41 is provided with a first inlet 41.1, the reinforcing rib forming channel 42 is provided with a second inlet 42.1, and the first inlet 41.1 and the second inlet 42.1 are respectively arranged at the left side part and the right side part of the mouth mold 40. The first machine head 25 of the fastener body plastic extrusion device 20 is directly inserted into the first inlet 41.1 to be communicated with the first inlet 41.1, and the second machine head 35 of the reinforcing rib plastic extrusion device 30 is communicated with the second inlet 42.1 through the connecting pipe 36.
The decoration film channel 43 is provided with a third inlet 43.1, the protection film channel 44 is provided with a fourth inlet 44.1, and the third inlet 43.1 and the fourth inlet 44.1 are arranged on the rear end surface of the neck mold 40 at a distance from each other.
A film placing frame 50 is arranged behind the mouth mold 40, and a decorative film placing disc 51 and a protective film placing disc 52 are arranged on the film placing frame 50.
According to the needs, two kinds of plastics with different colors are respectively placed into the first hopper 24 and the second hopper 34, the two kinds of plastics are respectively processed into solutions by the fastener main body plastic extrusion device 20 and the reinforcing rib plastic extrusion device 30 and then are respectively injected into the fastener main body forming channel 41 and the reinforcing rib forming channel 42 along the first inlet 41.1 and the second inlet 42.1 to be plasticized into the fastener main body 01 and the reinforcing ribs 02 with different colors, and the fastener main body 01 and the reinforcing ribs 02 are mutually combined at the first discharge port 41.2 and the second discharge port 42.2 to be integrally formed into the plastic fastener with the reinforcing ribs on the back.
The decorative film roll and the protective film roll are respectively arranged in a decorative film discharging disc 51 and a protective film discharging disc 52 on a film placing frame 50, the heads of the decorative film roll and the protective film roll are respectively inserted into the decorative film channel 43 and the protective film channel 44 from a third inlet 43.1 and a fourth inlet 44.1 after being unfolded, and are led out from a discharge port 41.2, and the decorative film and the protective film can be sequentially adhered to the front surface of the fastener main body 02 by pulling the decorative film and the protective film to synchronously move in the same direction with the plastic fastener.

1. Plastics fastener extruder, its characterized in that: the mouth mold is internally provided with a fastener main body forming channel and a reinforcing rib forming channel, and inlets of the fastener main body forming channel and the reinforcing rib forming channel are mutually independent, but outlets of the fastener main body forming channel and the reinforcing rib forming channel are mutually intersected;
the plastic extrusion device comprises a gun barrel, an extrusion screw rod arranged in the gun barrel, an extrusion motor arranged outside the gun barrel and used for driving the extrusion screw rod, a hopper arranged at the feeding end of the gun barrel and a machine head arranged at the discharging end of the gun barrel; the machine heads of the two plastic extrusion devices are respectively connected with the inlets of the fastener main body molding channel and the reinforcing rib molding channel so as to respectively inject plastic solutions with different types or/and colors into the fastener main body molding channel and the reinforcing rib molding channel;
the two plastic extrusion devices are arranged on the same machine table, and the mouth mold is arranged on the machine head of one plastic extrusion device to be directly communicated with the machine head of the plastic extrusion device and communicated with the machine head of the other plastic extrusion device through the connecting pipe.

A plastic fastener extruder as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mouth mould is also provided with a decorative film channel, the decorative film channel and the reinforcing rib forming channel are respectively arranged at two corresponding sides of the fastener main body forming channel, and the decorative film channel has an independent inlet but an outlet converging into the outlet of the fastener main body forming channel.

A plastic fastener extruder as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the mouth mould is also provided with a protective film channel, the protective film channel is positioned at the outer side of the decorative film channel, and the protective film channel is provided with an independent inlet but an outlet which converges into the outlet of the fastener main body forming channel.
