Claims (8)

EP 83 30 4351.6 VAN DYK & COMPANY5 INC.' Patentansprüche
1. Zusammensetzung zur Auftragung auf die menschliche Haut mit einem kosmetischen Olträger, der ein darin verteiltes organisches Sonnenschutzmittel enthält, wie 2-Äthylhexyl-p-methoxycinnamat, Homomenthylsalicylat, p-Aminobenzoesäure oder einen ihrer Ester, p-Dimethylaminobenzoesäure oder einen ihrer Ester oder ein Benzalphthalid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Hilfsstoff für das organische Sonnenschutzmittel ferner ein substituiertes Dialkylmalonat der allgemeinen Formel

enthält, in der R' entweder eine aromatische carbocyclische Gruppe, die durch ein oder menrere Alkoxygruppen substituiert sein kann, oder eine heterocyclische Gruppe, η die Zahl 0 oder 1, R" ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Alkyl gruppe und R eine Alkylgruppe ist.
2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das substituierte Dialkyl malonat aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus p-Methoxybenzal-aiäthyl-malonat, p-Methoxy-benzaldi-isobutyl-malonät, Cinnamal-diäthyl-malonat, Indolal-diäthylmalonat, Fural-diäthy!-malonic, 3,4,5-Trimethoxy-benzal-diäthylmalonat und Diäthyl-<* -methyl-cinnamal-malonat besteht.
3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsstoff p-Methoxy-benzal-diisobutylmalonat, Cinnamal-diäthyl-malcnat oder Diäthyl- ^-methyl-cinnamalmalonat ist.
4. Zusammensetzung nach einem eier Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das organische Sonnenschutzmittel 4-Pentoxybenzalphthalid ist.
5. Verfahren der kosmetischen Behandlung menschlicher Haut durch Auftragen einer sonnenschutzwirksamen Menge eines organischen Sonnenschutzmittels auf die Haut, wie etwa 2-Äthylhexylp-methoxy-cinnamat, Homomenthyl-salicylat, p-Aminobenzoesäure oder einer ihrer Ester, p-Dimethylaminobenzoesaure oder einer ihrer Ester oder ein Benzalphthalid, wodurch für die Haut ein Schutz gegen die Wirkungen der Rötungs- und Gerbungsstrahlung im Sonnenlicht geschaffen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man auf die Haut ferner ein substituiertes Dialkylmalonat der in Anspruch 1 angegebenen allgemeinen Formel (I) als Hilfsstoff für das organische Sonnenschutzmittel aufträgt.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das substituierte Dialkylmalonat aus der Gruppe auswählt, die aus p-Methoxy-benzal-diäthyl-malonat, p-Methoxy-benzal-diisobutylmalonat, Cinnamal-diäthyl-malonat, Indolal-diäthyl-malonat, Furaldiäthyl-malonat, 3,4,5-Trimethoxy-benzal-diäthyl-malonat und Diätnyloc-methyl-cinnamal-malonat besteht.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsstoff p-Methoxy-benzal-diisobutyl-malonat, Cinnamaldiäthyl-malonat oder Diäthyl-oc-methyl-cinnamal-malonat ist.
8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das organische Sonnenschutzmittel 4-Pentoxybenzal-phthalid ist.
