Die Telekommunikationseinrichtung kann insbesondere ein Mobiltelefon sein. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung ein System zum Kontrollieren des Zugangs zu Waren und/oder Dienstleistungen. Gemäß dem Verfahren bzw. dem System kann dabei der Zugang zu den Waren oder Dienstleistungen beispielsweise so kontrolliert werden, daß der Zugang nur dann gewährt wird, wenn der Erwerber bestimmte persönliche Merkmale erfüllt oder sichergestellt werden kann, daß die Waren bzw. Diese Daten werden von der Anzeige 2 des Mo biltelefons 1 angezeigt und in der Anruferliste gespeichert. Der Nutzer des Mobiltelefons 1 kann die letzten vier angezeigten Ziffern ablesen und als Nutzer-Freigabe-Code in die Einga beeinheit 16 der Freigabeeinrichtung 10 eingeben. Ist die Kommunikationsverbin dung zwischen der Zentraleinheit 5 und dem Mobiltelefon 1 sowie der Freigabeeinrichtung 10 hergestellt, erkennt die Zentraleinheit 5 das Mobiltelefon 1 anhand des Sender-Codes (ANI). Die Zusatzdaten Z, die im ersten Ausführungsbeispiel von dem Nutzer in das Mobiltelefon 1 eingegeben worden sind, können gemäß dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel automatisch von der Freigabeeinrichtung 10 an das Mobiltelefon 1 akustisch übermittelt werden, woraufhin das Mobiltelefon 1 diese an die Zentraleinheit 5 weiter übermittelt. Die darauf folgende Berechti gungsprüfung sowie ggf. der in Verbindung damit ausgelöste Bezahlvorgang sind identisch wie im ersten Ausführungsbeispiel. Nachdem der Nutzer-Freigabe-Code FC an das Mobiltele fon 1 übermittelt worden ist, ist es jedoch nicht mehr erforderlich, daß der Käufer diesen Code FC abliest und in die Eingabeeinrichtung 16 der Freigabeeinrichtung 10 eingibt. Durch dieses Verfahren ist eine Authentifikation sowohl der Zentraleinheit 5 als auch der Freigabeeinrichtung 10 sowie eine sichere Datenübermittlung möglich. Unter Verwendung der herkömmlichen Public-Privat-Key-Technologie könnte z. B. die Freigabeeinrichtung 10 eine Zufallszahl erzeugen, diese mit dem öffentlichen Schlüssel der Zentraleinheit 5 ver schlüsseln und an die Zentraleinheit 5 über das Mobiltelefon 1 senden. Die Zentraleinheit 5 kann daraufhin die Zufallszahl mit ihrem privaten Schlüssel entschlüsseln. Daraufhin kann die Berechtigungsprüfung, wie vorstehend erläutert, durchgeführt werden und anstelle des Nut zer-Freigabe-Codes FC kann die entschlüsselte Zufallszahl an die Freigabeeinrichtung 10 zu rückgesandt werden. Da nur die Zentraleinheit 5 die Zufallszahl entschlüsseln konnte, ist für die Freigabeeinrichtung 10 sichergestellt, daß der Nutzer des Mobiltelefons 1 berechtigt ist, die angeforderte Ware 11 zu erhalten. Da bei jeder Durchführung eines so ausgebildeten Challenge-Response-Verfahrens eine neue Zufallszahl erzeugt wird, ist ein erneuter Zugang zu den Waren mit der bisherigen Zufallszahl nicht möglich.Another possibility of data communication between the release device 10 and the central unit 5 via the mobile telephone 1 is the so-called challenge-response method.
