Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Verstellung und Arretierung eines in Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Sitzes, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge und Wohnwagen, mit am Fahrzeug befestigbaren Führungsschienen (10), die jeweils eine im Wesentlichen parallel zur Verschiebeebene angeordnete Lauffläche (26) für mit dem Sitz verbundene Laufrollen (24) aufweisen. Es ist vorgesehen, dass zwei aus Hohlprofilen bestehende Führungsschienen (10) parallel und im Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, auf denen ein Gehäuse, das mit dem Sitz in Verbindung steht, bewegbar und arretierbar ist. An einem ersten Gleiter (14) ist ein vorderer Hebel (18) und an einem zweiten Gleiter (16) ein hinterer Hebel (20) jeweils drehbar gelagert. Beide Hebel (18, 20) sind an ihrem einen Ende durch einen Bolzen (22) schwenkbar miteinander verbunden. An dem anderen Ende der Hebel (18, 20) sind jeweils Laufrollen (24) befestigt. Beide Hebel (18, 20) sind jeweils mit mindestens einem Klemmschenkel (28) verbunden, der mit dem Hohlprofil kraftschlüssig verbindbar ist. Darüber hinaus tragen die bekannten elastischen Mittel zur Verhinderung der Klappergeräusche nicht zur Erhöhung der Ausbruchsicherheit der Schiebesitzführung bei Unfällen bei. Die Einrichtung umfasst am Fahrzeugboden befestigbare Führungsschienen, die jeweils eine im Wesentlichen parallel zur Verschiebeebene angeordnete Lauffläche für Laufrollen aufweisen, wobei zwei aus Hohlprofilen bestehende Führungsschienen parallel und im Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, auf denen ein Gehäuse, das mit dem Sitz in Verbindung steht, bewegbar und arretierbar ist, wobei das Gehäuse einen ersten Gleiter und einen zweiten Gleiter umschließt, die beide in Längsrichtung der Führungsschienen hintereinander angeordnet sind, und an dem ersten Gleiter ein vorderer Hebel und an dem zweiten Gleiter ein hinterer Hebel jeweils drehbar gelagert ist und beide Hebel an ihrem einen Ende durch einen Bolzen schwenkbar miteinander verbunden und an ihrem anderen Ende jeweils Laufrollen drehbar befestigt sind, die auf der Lauffläche der Führungsschiene bewegbar sind. Es ist vorgesehen, dass beide Hebel jeweils mit mindestens einem Klemmschenkel fest verbunden sind, der sich unterhalb der Laufrolle befindet und innerhalb des Hohlprofils bewegbar und mit diesem kraftschlüssig verbindbar ist und dass eine Verriegelungseinheit mit dem Sitz verbunden ist, über die eine formschlüssige Verbindung mit einer der Führungsschienen herstellbar ist, wobei die Verriegelungseinheit und die Hebel derart miteinander gekoppelt sind, dass bei einer Betätigung der Verriegelungseinheit gleichzeitig die kraftschlüssige Verbindung des mindestens einen Klemmschenkels der Hebel und die formschlüssige Verbindung der Verriegelungseinheit beeinflusst werden.This object is achieved by a device for adjusting and locking a longitudinally displaceable seat with the features mentioned in the claim 1.
