Abstract
Bei der Herstellung von Gasbeton ist ein Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zunaechst alle Trockenkomponenten zu einer homogenen Trockenmischung gemeinsam oder nacheinander gemahlen werden. Dabei ist die vorgelagerte Trocknung des meist erd- oder grubenfeuchten Sandes besonders energieaufwendig und benoetigt grosse gesonderte Trockenanlagen. Die Erfindung zeigt ein Verfahren auf, bei dem erdfeuchter Sand im Mahlprozess eine Trocknung durch Mischungskomponenten der Gasbetontrockensubstanz erfaehrt, die rezepturgemaess zum Ausgangsmaterial fuer Gasbetonmischung gehoeren, durch das erfindungsgemaess aufgezeigte Verfahren jedoch ohne quantitative Erhoehung und ohne Wirkungseinbusse die Feuchtigkeit des Sandes aufnehmen.In the production of aerated concrete, a method is characterized in that initially all dry components are ground together or successively to form a homogeneous dry mixture.
