Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση παρέχει μεθόδους καθαρισμού τουλάχιστον μίας σαπωνίνης σε διάλυμα που περιλαμβάνουν τα στάδια: (a) παροχής τουλάχιστον μίας σαπωνίνης σε έναν πρώτο διαλύτη που περιλαμβάνει συστατικό διαλυτοποίησης· (b) αντικατάστασης τουλάχιστον ενός τμήματος του συστατικού διαλυτοποίησης με διαλύτη ανταλλαγής, παράγοντας έτσι αντικατασταθέντα διαλύτη και (c) απομάκρυνσης του αντικατασταθέντος διαλύτη, για παραγωγή ξηρανθέντος προϊόντος σαπωνίνης, που περιλαμβάνει τουλάχιστον μία σαπωνίνη.
