Abstract

Μία μέθοδος για την αναδιάταξη των πρωτεϊνών που περιλαμβάνει την προσθήκη ενός ρυθμιστικού διαλύματος αναδίπλωσης, που περιέχει μια πρωτοταγή, δευτεροταγή ή τριτοταγή αμίνη, σε ένα διάλυμα από μετουσιωμένες, χημικά τροποποιημένες ή ανηγμένες πρωτεΐνες.
