Abstract

Διαδικασία καθαρισμού ανθρώπινων ουρικών γοναδοτροπινών υψηλής βιολογικής δραστικότητας και χημικής καθαρότητας απολύτως απαλλαγμένων από ξένα μολυντικά υλικά προερχόμενα από τη χρήση βιολογικών αντιδραστηρίων ή χρωστικών χρωματογραφίας, από ακατέργαστο δείγμα γοναδοτροπινών. Η υψηλής βιολογικής δραστικότητας και χημικώς καθαρή σύνθεση ανθρώπινων γοναδοτροπινών η οποία ελήφθη μέσω αυτής της διαδικασίας, χρησιμοποιούνται για την αντιμετώπιση της υπογονιμότητας και επιλέγονται από την ομάδα της φολλιτροπίνης ή των μενοτροπινών, έχοντας μια βιοδραστικότητα μεγαλύτερη από 2500 IU/ mg πρωτεΐνης όπως ελέγχθηκε μέσω βιολογικού προσδιορισμού σε αρουραίους, για αμφότερες τις FSH και LH ορμόνες για μενοτροπίνες και μεγαλύτερη από 5000 lU/mg πρωτεΐνης για φολλιτροπίνη έχοντας μια GSH:LH αναλογία περίπου 75:1 Φαρμακευτικά παρασκευάσματα των εν λόγω γοναδοτροπινών απαλλαγμένα από αυτά τα μολυντικά υλικά επίσης περιλαμβάνονται εντός της παρούσας εφεύρεσης.
