Abstract
La invención se refiere a un compuesto de la fórmula I: (I), o una sal del mismo, en donde los sustituyentes son como se definen en la memoria descriptiva; a su preparación, a su uso como un medicamento, y a los medicamentos que lo comprenden, el cual es útil como antagonista de H3, útil en el tratamiento de un amplio rango de trastornos, en particular narcolepsia.
