Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para recuperación de dióxido de carbono de alta pureza desde una fuente gaseosa y usos del mismo. De modo más específico, la presente invención se refiere a la producción de dióxido de carbono de alta pureza, que está sustancialmente libre de nitrógeno, oxígeno, óxidos de nitrógeno, compuestos sulfurosos y contaminantes orgánicos volátiles, en particular benceno. La presente invención se refiere también a un método para la remoción de benceno a partir de un gas de alimentación de dióxido de carbono así como el uso de dicho dióxido de carbono de alta pureza en productos alimenticios.
