Abstract

Catalizador para la reducción del contenido de gas de óxidonitroso que funciona a temperaturas relativamente bajas, cuya actividad es poso sensible a la presencia de vapor de agua, y que resiste bien a la degradación hidrotérmica, se elabora a partir de ferrierita intercambiada con el hierro. Aplicación al tratamiento tanto de los gases con un bajo contenido de N2 O, como de los gases procedentes de las instalaciones de fabricación de ácido nítrico, así como de los gases con un gran contenido de N2 O que son emitidos durante las oxidaciones de compuestos orgánicos por el ácido nítrico.
