Abstract
Proceso para la separación y/o recuperación de gases provenientesde mezclas de gas y/o vapor de gas por medio de un dispositivo separador de membrana simultánea dos diferentes tipos de membrana, siendo un tipo al menos un tipo de membrana organofílica, y el otro tipo de membrana siendo al menos una membrana vidriosa, dicho proceso comprende los siguientes pasos:- dirigir la corriente de alimentación de gas y/o mezclas de vapor de gas que contienen los componentes deseados a la utilidad de membrana de primera etapa utilizando al menos una unidad de membrana organofílica por medio de la cual dicha corriente de alimentación es separada en una corriente de baja presión (permeado I) enriquecida con el (los) gas(es) condensable(s) deseado(s)/vapores de gas y una corriente de retenido a esencialmente el mismo conjunto de presión en el extremo de entrada de la(s) unidad(es) de membrana(s) organofílica(s) de primera etapa reducida en el(los) gas(es) condensable(s) deseado(s)/vapores de gas y enriquecidas con el(los) gas(es) deseados de diámetro cinético pequeño,- dirigir dicha corriente de retenido a una unidad de membrana de segunda etapa utilizando al menos una unidad de membrana vidriosa por medio de la cual dicha corriente de retenido es separada en una corriente de baja presión (permeado II) además enriquecida con los gases deseados de diámetro cinético pequeño. - dirigir dicha corriente de permeado II de segunda etapa a una purificación adicional del (de los) gas(es) deseado(s) de diámetro cinético pequeño o a otros usos,- simultáneamente, la corriente del permeado I podría ser dirigida a purificación adicional de los vapores del (de los) gas(es) condensable(s) deseado(s) o a otros usos.
