Description
Claims (12)
- 분리를 위해 막 또는 압력순환 흡착 시스템에 공급공기를 통과시키는 단계와, 막 또는 압력순환 흡착 시스템으로 부터 산소가 많은 방출기류 및 잔연산소를 포함하는 부분적으로 정제된 질소기류를 유출하는 단계와, 촉매연소 시스템에서의 과량 산호조건을 유지하도록 적용되는 양만큼의 데옥소 연료와 부분 정제 질소에 존재하는 잔여산소를 반응시키는 단계와, 약99.6%내지 약 99.99%의 질소 순도를 갖는 고순도 질소기류를 회수하는 단계를 포함하며, 필수적으로 산소를 완전히 제거할 필요가 없는 조건에 적합한 고순도 질소가 필수적으로 데옥소 연료를 완전에 이용함으로써 생성되는 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데옥소 연료가 질소인 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데옥소 연료가 탄화수소 연료인 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 연소 시스템에서 과량 산소 조건이 약 4,000내지 약 500ppmv의 과량 산소농도인 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 과량 산소농도가 약 3,000내지 약 1,000ppmv인 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 데옥소 연료가 수소인 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 데옥소 연료가 탄화수소 연료인 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급공기가 막 시스템을 통과하는 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급공기가 압력순환 흡착 시스템으로 통과하는 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 연소 시스템에 잔여산소를 포함하는 부분정제 질소기류의 일부를 제거하는 단계와 촉매 연소 시스템으로 부터 회수되고 고순도 질소기류와 상기 촉매 연소 시스템을 바이패스하는 질소기류 부분을 연결하는 단계를 더 포함하는 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 부분 정제 질소기류에 존재하는 나머지 산소화 데옥소 연료와의 반응이 촉매연소 시스템에서 연료를 초과하지 않고, 거의 완료 되어 수행되는 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 촉매연료 시스템으로 부터 회수되는 고순도 질소 기류가 약 100ppmv정도의 산소를 포함하는 고순도 질소기체 생성방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
