Abstract

本实用新型提供的是一种用于金属管材冷弯的工具，主要由支架、动轮、定轮及轮轴等所构成。它同现有的普通弯管器相比具有，由定点弯曲变为动点弯曲，弯管的速度快效率高，可一次性弯曲合格及使用方便等特点。

Description

本实用新型属于金属管材弯管工具类。
目前，对于金属管材弯曲有热弯及冷弯两种方式。热弯是将管材内装满沙子后烧红进行弯曲，这种方式具有附加条件过多，操作烦琐效率低及不方便等问题。冷弯有采用弯管器的，该弯管器的基本构造参见附图3，在一杆件（7）的头端安有横轴（8），轴下有半轮式托（9），将管插到轴和托之间，用人力搬动弯曲，这种方式的主要问题是弯出的管件局部有变形，被弯曲的部位不圆滑质量差，操作不方便且速度较慢。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于管材冷弯的工具，使其能快速合格的弯曲管件。
本实用新型主要由支架、动轮、定轮及轮轴等所构成，在两轮的外圆上开有半圆槽，使两轮相对合后形成圆孔，将预弯管材插入后搬动支架即可将管材按任意角度弯曲。
本实用新型同现有弯管器相比具有，由定点弯曲变成了动点弯曲可省力，弯管效率高速度快，均可一次弯曲合格及使用方便等特点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，在支架（5）上经定轮轴（1）安有定轮（2），再经动轮轴（3）安有动轮（4），并在两外圆分别开有半圆槽，使之对合后可形成插入管材的圆孔，将该弯管器的定轮轴固定于台案上，并在台案上定轮边固定有铁柱（6）（见图2）即可使用。

  1. 一种行星式快速弯管器，是由安有定轮(2)及动轮(4)的支架(5)构成，其特征在于，定轮(2)及动轮(4)分别由定轴(1)及动轮轴(3)安于支架(5)上，并在两轮外圆处分别开有半圆槽，使之两轮对合后形成圆孔。
