Abstract

本发明是关于往复式内燃机。
根据本发明,提供了一个三缸四冲程径向内燃机,其中气缸中的两个正好相对而置,第三个气缸的轴心线与两个相对而置的气缸的轴心线成一直角。
根据本发明,提供了一个带有旋转输出轴的四冲程内燃机,该内燃机还至少有一个三气缸组,每个气缸有一个往复运动活塞,其特征在于这个三气缸组连接在输出轴的一个偏心部分上,第一和第三气缸是在输出轴的相对侧相对而置的气缸,它们的轴心线与第二气缸的轴心线成直角,一个与第二活塞相对而置的平衡锤,在第二气缸的轴心线方向被往复运动,驱动装置把输出轴的偏心部分和三个气缸的活塞及往复运动平衡锤连接起来,曲轴上的旋转平衡块装置基本平衡掉了由第一和第三活塞在相位上与第二活塞和往复运动平衡锤相差90°的往复运动而有效引起的旋转质量。

图中所示的四冲程内燃机包括一个曲轴箱1,油底壳2在曲轴箱底部将其封闭。三个单缸体3A,3B,3C各自与曲轴箱1上的开口成直线安装在曲轴箱1上形成一个正方形的三个边。气缸A和C水平相对并同轴,而气缸B与气缸A和C的同轴线垂直并稍有偏离,所有三个气缸的轴心线都与轴颈部分9的旋转轴心线相交。每个气缸A、B、C各自带有气缸盖6A、6B、6C,每个气缸盖带有一个摇杆盖7A、7B、7C、每个缸体3和它的气缸盖6都由四个一组的长双头螺栓被固定在曲轴箱1上(其中一个由Q在图1中示出)。双头螺栓的一端拧进曲轴箱并通过气缸盖延伸,另一端带一个螺母。可在每个缸体3内滑动的是一个带普通活塞环5的活塞4。
由图2可见,一个单弯曲轴8通过加工在其上的止推轴颈部分9和10支承在曲轴箱1内,止推轴颈与曲轴箱1内的主轴瓦(它也可以是整体轴瓦)同轴并被支承在其上。曲轴8有一个单偏心曲柄销11,曲柄销11有一圆形断面,通过在曲轴轴心线相对于曲柄销11的对边延伸的形成平衡块12的曲柄臂连结在止推轴颈部分9和10,带有一个普通起动环14的飞轮13通过螺栓15固定在曲轴轴颈9上。
可旋转地安装在曲柄销11上的是驱动块16,如图3所示的它的径向断面和正视图呈矩形轮廓,它在对角线上被分成相等两部分,并由螺钉组17固定在一起(图4)并带有轴瓦18。
驱动块16的每一外表面加工有(或带有)一个平的直线滚子轴承20的滚道,轴承的另一滚道加工在(或安装在)各连接杆22或23的T形连臂21的基底部分,它跨在驱动块上并形成一个长方形槽或窗口24以容纳驱动块16。
如图4所示,连接杆22包括两个连臂21A和21C,其终端是通过普通的活塞销固定在各自活塞4上的小头端26。连臂21A和21C被中空的隔离件28分隔,紧固螺栓29在隔离件28内延伸并带螺母29,从而把连臂21和隔离件28固定在一起,形成连接杆22。
类似地,连接杆23(图3)包括两个隔离件28和带有螺母29′的紧固螺栓29。所有的隔离件28最好为图3所示的形式,即带有大头端28′的管形件以增加连接杆的刚性,并保持槽或窗口24为长方形。
但是连接杆23仅有一个连臂21B,通过活塞销27B固定在活塞4B上。在连臂21B的对边,一个T形件30连成了连接杆23,T形件30的上表面加工有直线轴承20D的轴承滚道,直线轴承20D与驱动块16的底表面贴合。件30上延伸出一个包括有平衡锤的杆31,选择平衡锤的质量和重心以保证由连接杆23,活塞4B和活塞销27B形成的组件的重心与曲柄销11的轴心线相重合,杆31在油底壳2内的桥形部分上的导套31′内可被滑动导向。杆31和导套31′最好位于油底壳2内干燥处以避免不必要的油搅拌损耗产生的功率浪费。
尤其从图4和图5可见,每个直线轴承20都包括一组滚子32,滚子32位于梯型保持架33内。为了防止因滚子和滚道之间的滑动而引起的保持架的位移,在保持架33上可旋转地安装了一个小齿轮34,将其方便地置于一个槽中并可旋转地安装在滚子32中的一个上,并与齿条35和36啮合,齿条35和36固定在驱动块16和连臂21A、B、C和件30各自的外表面上加工出的槽37和38的底面。小齿轮34与齿条35和36两者的啮合总是保证梯形保持架33和滚子32相对于连接杆22、23以驱动块16相对于连接杆运动速度一半的速度运动,这样就保证在滚子32和滚道之间没有滑动。齿条35和36在各端部用螺钉S固定。它们和它们的槽37、38在断面可以是T形的,齿条的齿加工在T的腿部,齿条宽的基底与槽的加宽的基底贴合。
在工作中,曲轴的旋转使曲柄销11绕曲轴的轴心线有一个圆形的运动。该运动的垂直分量通过驱动块16传递到连接杆23上,并且由此传递到活塞4B。在驱动块16和连接杆23之间没有水平约束,在驱动块16把垂直力(或是向上或是向下)。通过轴承20B和20D传递到连接杆23时,驱动块可以在窗口25内水平运动。
类似地,曲柄销11的运动的水平分量通过驱动块16和轴承20A和20C传递,而后者的轴承允许驱动块在垂直方向上相对于连接杆22往复运动而无很大的阻力。
如上所述,垂直往复运动质量的重心与曲柄销11的轴心线重合。类似地,为了对称(如果必要,借助于普通平衡技术),水平往复运动质量的重心与曲柄销的轴心线重合。这两个往复运动在相位上相差90°(即有一个90°的相位差)。总的水平往复运动质量与总的垂直往复运动质量相等,所以,往复运动质量的综合效应就等于一个质量集中在曲柄销11的轴心线上,并绕曲轴轴心线旋转。这个旋转的质量的效应通过平衡块12(图2)的适当选择可以被容易地平衡掉。
如上述具体实施例所述,垂直气缸B的轴心线在沿曲轴轴心线的方向上从气缸A、C的共同轴心线稍稍偏离大约半个驱动块轴向宽度的距离,因而小于气缸内孔半径,在这种情况下,大约是气缸内孔半径的三分之二。如果必要稍稍倾斜连臂21即可避免这个偏离。
与普通四冲程直线内燃机比较,上面描述的结构有几个优点。除了前面所述的平衡有改善外,内燃机的轴向长度大为减小,这个内燃机实际上是径向内燃机。由于滚子轴承20,内燃机内的内摩擦力也减小了,避免了把侧向压力传递到活塞上。而且,通过避免由往复运动的活塞和连接杆而施加在普通曲轴上的载荷,主承载区域减小了。由于一个带有一个独立的单气缸盖的独立的缸体形成了每个气缸,所以,可使加工和生产工艺简单化。因为曲轴是一个单弯曲轴,它的生产尤其简单并且不需要拼合的主轴瓦。
尤其在图1和图2所示的四冲程内燃机结构中,每个气缸盖6都有一个由一个进气阀42控制的进气通道41和由一个排气阀44控制的排气通道43。进气和排气阀都是由摇杆臂45、46带动的,摇杆臂45、46依次由3个凸轮轴47、48、49通过推杆P和凸轮从动件50控制。
曲轴8带有一个定时齿轮51,它与一个在凸轮轴49上的大定时齿轮52啮合,定时齿轮51通过大定时齿轮52驱动一个与定时链条54啮合的链轮53,定时链条54驱动了另外的凸轮轴47和48,这两个凸轮轴带有与链条54啮合的另外的链轮55。凸轮轴47带有一个另外的齿轮57,齿轮57与齿轮58啮合驱动一个齿轮型油泵59,给主轴承提供压力润滑,进而给曲轴内通向曲柄销止推轴颈,驱动块和直线轴承20的润滑通道60提供压力润滑。
图6示出了三个气缸在曲轴转两周(720°)期间的点火时刻。如所预料的,点火间隔并不完全相等。然而。这三个点火间隙中的两个是相等的,为270°,而第三个(A-C)是180°,对大多数目的,这个点火间隙相应地是足以相同的被接受。
虽然上述的内燃机有三个气缸和一个单弯曲轴,其它包含有本发明的内燃机,可以有多于一个弯程的曲轴,这种内燃机对每个曲轴弯程有一组三个气缸A、B、C。

在这个改型结构中,连接杆组件123的上端象以前一样,由活塞104B导向。在图3所示的导向杆31的地方,连接杆组件带有一个平的细长导向块71如由轴承铜锡合金制成,它与如用沉头螺钉73固定在内燃机机壳上的细长直线导轨72滑动接触。导轨72可由硬化的钢制成。
连接杆组件123的底件130带着平衡块74,并还包括两个导角75,为了把连接杆组件123的扭曲降至最小,两个导角75为导向块71的最低延伸部分提供支承区。在滚子轴承20的地方,导块116形成滑动轴承表面,如可用铜锡合金制成,滑块116与如可用钢制成的连接杆121B和底件130的平表面贴合。
Claims (12)
1、一个三缸四冲程径向内燃机,其特征在于气缸(A、B、C)中的两个(A、C)正好相对而置,第三气缸(B)的轴心线与两个相对而置的气缸的轴心线成直角。
2、一个四冲程内燃机,包括一个旋转输出轴(8)和至少一个三气缸组(A、B、C),每个气缸内有一个往复运动活塞,其特征在于这个三气缸组被连接在输出轴(9)的一个偏心部分上,第一和第三气缸(A、C)是在输出轴(9)的相对侧相对而置的气缸,它们的轴心线与第二气缸(B)的轴心线成直角,一个与第二活塞(4B)相对而置的平衡锤(31)在第二气缸(B)的轴心线方向被往复运动,驱动装置(16、20、22、23)把输出轴的偏心部分(11)和三个气缸的活塞(4A、4B、4C)及往复运动平衡锤(31)连接起来,轴上的旋转平衡装置(12)基本平衡了由第一和第三活塞(4)在相位上与第二活塞和往复运动平衡锤相差90°的往复运动而有效地引起的旋转质量。
