Abstract

本实用新型是有关一种端子抽出装置及具有该端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合。其中,端子抽出装置用以将固持在相应绝缘本体内的导电端子顺利取出,该绝缘本体上设有固持端子的固持件,其中端子抽出装置包括对准部与挤迫部,对准部用以与上述绝缘本体的相应结构配合而使得端子抽出装置位于正确的位置,而挤迫部则抵接绝缘本体的固持件而令固持件与导电端子解除固持,从而达到方便装卸端子的效果。所述线缆连接器组合包括了具有端子与绝缘本体的连接器及装设该连接器的绝缘壳体,其中端子抽出装置还可充当线缆连接器组合后盖的功效。

端子抽出装置及具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种端子抽出装置及具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合,尤指一种用于汽车连接器领域的端子抽出装置及具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合。
【背景技术】
为满足某些特殊需求,部分电连接器被设计成包括具有若干通道的绝缘本体、若干收容于绝缘本体相应通道内的导电端子,及固持导电端子在相应通道内的固持臂。
如美国专利第6247966B1号(以下简称966号专利)揭示了一种锁扣件暴露在外的电连接器。如966号专利的FIG.2及FIG.3所示,导电端子被固持臂固定在绝缘本体的收容通道内,该固持臂具有可以向外偏转以使导电端子插入或拔出的扣臂。在某些情况下,比如修理或更换导电端子,需要将导电端子自相应的收容通道内取出,因此,需要一种能插到导电端子与绝缘本体之间以使扣臂向外偏转的工具,通过拉拽与导电端子相连的线缆将导电端子自绝缘本体中取出。
因此,迫切需要一种能方便取出导电端子的端子抽出装置及具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的之一在于提供一种端子抽出装置,通过该端子抽出装置可以方便地将导电端子自绝缘本体中取出,而避免绝缘本体的固持臂承受过大压力,保护固持臂在取导电端子的过程中不受损伤。
本实用新型的目的之二在于提供一种线缆连接器组合,其包括可以方便地组装及拆卸的端子抽出装置。
本实用新型的目的之一是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种端子抽出装置,用以自线缆连接器的绝缘本体中取出导电端子,绝缘本体设有用以固定相应导电端子的固持件,其中,该端子抽出装置包括用以将端子抽出装置与绝缘本体对准并使端子抽出装置插入绝缘本体相应位置的对准部和用以挤迫设于绝缘本体的固持件以使固持件与导电端子分离的挤迫部。
另外,本实用新型的目的之二通过以下技术方案实现:一种线缆连接器组合,包括线缆连接器和绝缘壳体,其中,线缆连接器包括若干与线缆连接的导电端子和绝缘本体,绝缘本体上设有一对接面、若干用以收容相应导电端子的通道及位于绝缘本体侧面用以固持相应导电端子的固持臂;绝缘壳体,包覆上述绝缘本体,而绝缘本体的对接面暴露在外;且该线缆连接器组合还包括一后盖,可分离地组装至绝缘壳体,具有可以使固持臂移动以释放相应导电端子的挤迫部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:通过端子抽出装置可方便地自绝缘本体中取出导电端子,而在取导电端子的过程中保护固持臂不受损伤。且该端子抽出装置可设置在线缆连接器组合内,组装到绝缘壳体上充当线缆连接器的后盖。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图3所示,本实用新型端子抽出装置3用于自线缆连接器1取出导电端子10。
线缆连接器1包括绝缘本体20和固持在绝缘本体20的导电端子10。每一导电端子10均设有对接部12,在对接部12的一侧设有一卡槽14。绝缘本体20设有用于与对接连接器(未图示)结合的对接面200。绝缘本体20设有两排通道22,导电端子10自后向前插入绝缘本体20的相应通道22内。在对接面200上形成有两排与通道22相对应的通道入口220。当线缆连接器1与对接连接器结合时对接导电端子(未图示)自相应通道入口220插入而与导电端子10对接。每一通道22与绝缘本体20外侧面之间均设有开口222。绝缘本体20具有一对横向平行延伸的侧壁(未标号),每一侧壁的外表面均设有若干长槽24,在长槽24之间形成有若干弹性固持臂26。每一固持臂26均可看作用来固持相应的导电端子10于相应通道22内的固持件。每一固持臂26均设有凸伸入相应的通道22内以与导电端子10的卡槽14相配合的凸台260。
请参阅图2所示,端子抽出装置3包括一供使用者握持的主体部30及自主体部30相对两侧的下边缘300向下延伸形成的第一、第二支撑部31,32。端子抽出装置3还包括设在第一、第二支撑部31,32之间的对准部(未标号),挤迫部(未标号)及与挤迫部相邻的阻挡部(未标号)。本实施例中的对准部是一对由自主体部30的下边缘300向下延伸形成的支柱34组成的。通过支柱34与第一支撑部31可将端子抽出装置3与绝缘本体20相对齐。本实施例中的挤迫部是用来向外推挤固持臂26以使凸台260脱离卡槽14的推挤片36。在推挤片36与第二支撑部32之间形成有切口38。切口38及第二支撑部32共同形成用来防止固持臂26过度偏转的阻挡部。在推挤片36靠近阻挡部的一侧设有用于挤迫固持臂26的驱动面360。
请参阅图3及图5所示,端子抽出装置3自绝缘本体20的对接面200插入绝缘本体20以将导电端子10自绝缘本体20内取出。在推挤片36与固持臂26接触前先将端子抽出装置3的支柱34与绝缘本体20相对齐。支柱34分别插入相应的通道入口220,从而可以将端子抽出装置3与绝缘本体20相对准。在插入过程中,推挤片36的驱动面360伸入开口222并与固持臂26接触。随着端子抽出装置3进一步插入,固持臂26被驱动面360推挤而向外偏转直至端子抽出装置3与绝缘本体20的对接面200接触,这样,可使固持臂26向外偏移一定距离以将导电端子取出而避免固持臂26受到过大压力。此外,由于固持臂26容置在端子抽出装置3的切口38内且为第二支撑部32所阻挡,因而当有不适当的外力作用于固持臂26时,可以避免固持臂26被损坏。此时,固持臂26已经被最大程度地偏转使凸台260与卡槽14相脱离,因而可以通过拉拽与导电端子10相连的线缆将导电端子10自绝缘本体20的通道22内取出。
如图6及图7所示,线缆连接器1沿第一方向收容在绝缘壳体5内而形成线缆连接器组合(未标号)。端子抽出装置3充当线缆连接器组合的后盖,并在与第一方向相反的第二方向阻挡线缆连接器1。

Claims (10)

1.一种端子抽出装置,用以自线缆连接器的绝缘本体中取出导电端子,绝缘本体设有用以固定相应导电端子的固持件,其特征在于:该端子抽出装置包括用以将端子抽出装置与绝缘本体对准并使端子抽出装置插入绝缘本体相应位置的对准部和用以挤迫设于绝缘本体的固持件以使固持件与导电端子分离的挤迫部。
2.如权利要求1所述的端子抽出装置,其特征在于:所述端子抽出装置还包括与挤迫部相邻用以避免固持臂承受过大压力的压力保护装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的端子抽出装置,其特征在于:对准部是一对自端子抽出装置的下边缘向下延伸形成的可与绝缘本体相配合的支柱。
4.一种具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合,包括线缆连接器和绝缘壳体,其中,线缆连接器包括若干与线缆连接的导电端子和绝缘本体,绝缘本体上设有一对接面、若干用以收容相应导电端子的通道及位于绝缘本体侧面用以固持相应导电端子的固持臂;绝缘壳体包覆上述绝缘本体,而绝缘本体的对接面暴露在外;其特征在于:该线缆连接器组合还包括用以充当后盖的端子抽出装置,该端子抽出装置可分离地组装至绝缘壳体,包括具有可以使固持臂移动以释放相应导电端子的挤迫部。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:绝缘本体是沿第一方向组装入绝缘壳体,后盖组装至绝缘壳体并于与第一方向相反的第二方向阻挡绝缘本体。
6.如权利要求4所述的具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述端子抽出装置包括挤迫部、对准部及与挤迫部相邻用以避免固持臂承受过大压力的压力保护装置。
7.如权利要求6所述的具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:对准部是一对自端子抽出装置的下边缘向下延伸形成的可与绝缘本体相配合的支柱。
8.如权利要求4所述的具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:绝缘本体设有用于收容相应导电端子的若干通道,在绝缘本体的对接面上形成有与若干通道相对应的通道入口,在通道与外侧面之间设有与通道入口相邻的开口。
9.如权利要求4所述的具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:导电端子的一侧设有卡槽,所述每一固持件均设有向内凸伸以与导电端子的卡槽相配合的凸台。
10.如权利要求4所述的具有端子抽出装置的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:固持件是设在绝缘本体外侧面的固持臂。
