目前、局部活动义齿的制做过程是先制作卡环、辅蜡，连接人工牙、烫蜡、埋合，等待石膏凝固后用热水烫泡，开合、填入基托粉并压紧，冷却、制成义齿，其工作原理是基托与牙床紧密配合，并依靠卡环的拉力使义齿固定，其缺点是容易暴露金属卡环、影响美观，固位差、易脱落，损伤天然牙体和牙齿粘膜，容易造成口腔内膜溃疡、引起牙周组织病变。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构和制作简单，不易脱落，并能有效防止牙周组织病变的活动义齿。
本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括齿体和卡环，其特征是在齿体和卡环之间设置了斜拉杆。
本实用新型由于在齿体和卡环之间设置了斜拉杆，卡环套在后牙上，只有在义牙受力时，后牙才受到斜拉力的作用，平时不受力，具有美观大方，固位性好、不易脱落，不损伤天然牙体和牙周组织，不易造成内膜溃疡和牙周组织病变的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，该活动义齿包括齿体1、卡环2和斜拉杆3，齿体1和卡环2之间通过斜拉杆3连接，使用时、将卡环2套在后牙上，只有当嚼食物时，后牙才受到义齿的斜拉力和轴心力的作用。
