Abstract
本实用新型是一种自动回缩针头的安全注射器,包括一针筒、一针座及一柱塞推杆,其中,该针座结合于针筒前端内,该针座具有顶面,其上突设有第一穿刺部,且该针座顶面与针筒前端间具有正压的仓室,该柱塞推杆为中空杆体,其内部为负压的仓室,而杆体前端外壁上设有第二穿刺部,并以一活塞包覆杆体前端面及外壁,藉以使将柱塞推杆推向针筒前端时,针座顶面的第一穿刺部可穿刺破坏柱塞推杆前端的活塞及杆体前端面,而杆体前端外壁的第二穿刺部则可向前刺穿截断针座顶面,使两仓室形成相通,进而使截断的针座顶面部分连同针头因压力变化而被吸入于柱塞推杆内。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自动回缩针头的安全注射器。
背景技术
于医疗的过程中,注射药物于患者身上,以控制病情,是一种常见的医疗行为,且以注射器注射药剂已成为最快速而有效的治疗方式,并广为医学界所采用。用过的针头因接触过患者,如患者的病具感染性,接触患者的针头同样具有感染性,故处理该种针头必须相当的小心、懂慎,防止医护人员或废弃物处理人员被具感染性的针头扎伤。
如图9所示,早期注射器a的针头b仅附设一盖体c将其套合,防止人员被其戳伤,然,盖体c配合针头b而设,该盖体c的套口相当小,须准确对准针头b才能将针头b套起。因此,为维护医疗人员的安全,故有多种回拉式针头的针筒或注射针头防护构造等设计的产生。如图10所示,所谓回拉式注射器d,即是在医疗人员将针筒e的柱塞f推至顶点时,即可将针头g拉回针筒e内,可安全地处置要废弃的注射器。
然而,现今市面上的回拉式针头的安全针筒虽可达到将针头拉回针筒的目的,但仍存有以下的缺点:
1、现今回拉式针头的安全针筒的设计,其主要是于针座或柱塞的间设计具有可相互卡掣的构件(如掣钩与掣棘),使当柱塞的活塞被推到底时,掣钩很容易与掣棘互相衔合而彼此勾结,当两者扣结后则可将针座及针头一起拉回至针筒内,其结构设计与生产制造上不但非常复杂,其成本亦相对地提高。
2、在使用时,医护人员必须用双手方可将针座及针头一起拉回至针筒内,若不当施力亦有可能将柱塞直接连同针头拉出,使用不便且危险,而当针头被拉回至针筒内后,若任意丢弃或废弃物处理人员的疏忽,使柱塞被向前推进,则针头又将被推出针筒的外,而失去回拉式设计的意义。
3、现今回拉式针头的安全针筒在使用后,其柱塞大部份体积因拉出针筒的缘故,而裸体于外,整体长度突增,增加丢弃时处理的体积。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种利用真空负压与正压产生吸力与推力,使针头可自动回缩至柱塞推杆内的自动回缩针头的安全注射器。
本实用新型的上述目的是这样实现,一种自动回缩针头的安全注射器,其特征在于包括:一针筒,为一中空管体,其前端中央具有针头插孔;一针座,稳固结合于针筒前端内,该针座具有顶面,其上突设有第一穿刺部,该针座包含一针头,该针头部份穿出于针头插孔外,且该针座顶面与针筒前端间具有正压的仓室;一柱塞推杆,为中空杆体,套于针筒内,该杆体内部为负压的仓室,而杆体前端外壁上设有第二穿刺部,并以一活塞包覆该杆体前端面及外壁。
藉此,当柱塞推杆推向针筒前端时,针座顶面向上突设的第一穿刺部可穿刺破坏柱塞推杆前端的活塞及杆体前端面,而杆体前端外壁的第二穿刺部则可向前刺穿截断针座顶面,使两仓室形成相通,进而使截断的针座顶面部份连同针头因压力变化而被吸入于柱塞推杆内。
本实用新型具有结构简单、操作方便且针头无再脱出针筒的安全问题的优点。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2所示的本实用新型自动回缩针头的安全注射器的一实施例,其由一针筒1、一针座2及一柱塞推杆3组成。
该针筒1为一中空管体,其前端内部设有结合部10,而前端中央具有针头插孔11,该针头插孔11向外突设于针筒1的前端,其内填设有密封胶层111,而该密封胶层111设有一贯穿的通道112。
该针座2外侧具有结合件20,与结合部10结合后,针座2可稳固结合于针筒1前端内,该针座2具有顶面21,其上突设有第一穿刺部22,该第一穿刺部22呈环状突起于针座2的顶面21,且其外径小于柱塞推杆3的外径,该针座2包含一针头23,该针头23部份自通道112穿出于针头插孔11外,且该针座2顶面21与针筒1前端间具有正压的仓室24。
该柱塞推杆3为一中空杆体,供套于针筒1内,可前后移动以吸取及注射药液,该杆体内部是呈负压的仓室31,而杆体前端外壁32上设有第二穿刺部33,并以一活塞4包覆该杆体前端面34及外壁32,该第二穿刺部33是柱塞推杆3前端外壁32向内径缩形成的环状尖锐的切面,柱塞推杆3外壁32于第二穿刺部33上方设有凸圈35,以稳固与活塞4的结合,而于活塞4底部另设有供第一穿刺部22穿入的凹槽41。
请参阅图2~图6,首先于制造时,该针筒1前端内部可设有一卡沟,以形成前述的结合部10,而该针座2外侧底部则设有卡缘,以形成前述的结合件20,故当针座2顶面21与针筒1前端间具有正压的仓室24时,该针座2则可稳固结合于针筒1的前端内,因此,当药剂施打完毕而将注射器抽离患者后,可将柱塞推杆3再推向针筒1前端(如图3、图4所示),其包覆柱塞推杆3前端面34与外壁32的活塞4恰可与针座2顶面21向上突设的第一穿刺部22相接触,使该第一穿刺部22恰可自活塞4底部的凹槽41穿入,破坏柱塞推杆3前端的活塞4及杆体前端面34,而杆体前端外壁32的第二穿刺部33因柱塞推杆3继续前推,则可向前刺穿截断针座2顶面21(如图5所示),此时活塞4正好容置于第一穿刺部22的中间与外侧,而负压的仓室31与正压的仓室24因柱塞推杆3的前端面34与针座2顶面21分别遭受第一穿刺部22与第二穿刺部33的破坏而形成相通的状态,进而使截断的针座2顶面21部份连同部份活塞4及针头23因压力变化而被吸入于柱塞推杆3内(如图6所示)。
藉此,针头23即可被收纳于柱塞推杆3内,而当柱塞推杆3完全被推向针筒1前端时,柱塞推杆3上所设的凸圈35恰可卡置于针座2的仓室24内而形成干涉,使该柱塞推杆3无法再被抽拔离开针筒1,使针头23可被封闭于柱塞推杆3内,故无脱出的问题。
此外,如图7所示,为方便第二穿刺部33更容易破坏针座2的顶面21,该针座2可于第一穿刺部22的周围系设有供第二穿刺部33穿入的凹沟25。
因此,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、本实用新型于针座顶面与针筒前端间具有正压的仓室,而柱塞推杆内部是负压的仓室,使将柱塞推杆推向针筒前端时,两仓室可形成相通,使产生吸力与推力,进而使针头被回缩至柱塞推杆内,其结构简单,可有效降低生产的成本。
2、本实用新型由于将柱塞推杆推至针筒前端后,即可使针头自动回缩至柱塞推杆内,故操作者无须再以拉拔方式将针头回拉,其操作方便且省力,同时可避免不当施力而将柱塞推杆直接连同针头拉出的问题,且柱塞推杆仍留于针筒内,故可减少丢弃时处理的体积。
3、本实用新型于柱塞推杆上另设有凸圈,除了方便带动活塞移动外,当注射完毕后将柱塞推杆完全推向针筒前端时,该凸圈则可卡置于针座的仓室内而形成干涉,使该柱塞推杆无法再被抽拔离开针筒,使针头可被封闭于柱塞推杆内,即无再脱出针筒的安全问题。
Claims (9)
1、一种自动回缩针头的安全注射器,其特征在于包括:
一针筒,为一中空管体,其前端中央具有针头插孔;
一针座,稳固结合于针筒前端内,该针座具有顶面,其上突设有第一穿刺部,该针座包含一针头,该针头部份穿出于针头插孔外,且该针座顶面与针筒前端间具有正压的仓室;以及
一柱塞推杆,为中空杆体,套于针筒内,该杆体内部为负压的仓室,杆体前端外壁上设有第二穿刺部,并以一活塞包覆该杆体前端面及外壁。
2、如权利要求1所述的自动回缩针头的安全注射器,其特征在于,针头插孔向外突设于针筒的前端,其内填设有密封胶层,而该密封胶层设有一供针头贯穿的通道。
3、如权利要求1所述的自动回缩针头的安全注射器,其特征在于,针筒前端内部设有结合部,针座外侧具有结合件。
4、如权利要求3所述的自动回缩针头的安全注射器,其特征在于,针筒前端内部设有一卡沟,形成所述结合部,针座外侧底部则设有卡缘,形成所述结合件。
5、如权利要求1所述的自动回缩针头的安全注射器,其特征在于,第一穿刺部呈环状突起于针座的顶面,且其外径小于柱塞推杆的外径,第一穿刺部的中间与外侧形成供活塞置入的空间。
6、如权利要求1所述的自动回缩针头的安全注射器,其特征在于,针座于第一穿刺部的周围设有供第二穿刺部穿入的凹沟。
7、如权利要求1所述的自动回缩针头的安全注射器,其特征在于,活塞底部设有供第一穿刺部穿入的凹槽。
8、如权利要求1所述的自动回缩针头的安全注射器,其特征在于,柱塞推杆外壁于第二穿刺部上方设有凸圈,用于与活塞稳固结合。
9、如权利要求1所述的自动回缩针头的安全注射器,其特征在于,第二穿刺部是柱塞推杆前端外壁向内径缩所形成的环状尖锐的切面。
