本实用新型涉及一种自锁式钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、丝母套、前套、后套,前套和丝母套之间设有转动套,转动套套装在丝母套上,并在丝母套中设有回转空间,转动套上设有突出的拨爪,丝母套上设有弹簧片,钻体后端外圆固定有齿盘,前套通过转动套带动丝母套转动,转动套上的拨爪打开或关闭丝母套上的弹簧片,其与齿盘上的棘齿啮合,形成自锁机构。本实用新型具有自锁功能,不会因振动或冲击使钻具松动,具有结构合理,工作稳定、使用方便,自锁性能可靠等优点,适用于各种钻具的装夹。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种钻具夹紧装置,具体地说是一种自锁式钻夹头。
背景技术
我们知道,现有手紧钻夹头一般由钻体、夹爪、丝母、丝母套、轴承、前套、后套组成。三个夹爪分别安装在钻体的三个等分斜孔内,丝母安装在钻体的丝母槽内,丝母与夹爪的螺纹形成螺纹传动机构,丝母套与丝母固定连接,前套与丝母或丝母套键连接,后套与钻体固定连接,钻体后部有螺纹孔或锥孔。安装使用时,钻体后部的螺纹孔与动力机具的传动轴螺杆连接,传动轴转动时驱动钻体带动三爪及所夹工具同步转动。装夹工具时,手握并相对转动前套和后套,使与前套键连接的丝母相对钻体中的夹爪转动,经丝母和夹爪的螺纹传动,使夹爪在钻体的斜孔中向前移动而夹住工具柄。现有钻夹头振动或冲击时易使钻具松动,影响工作效率,安全性差;或钻夹头有自锁机构而结构过于复杂而不易形成大批量生产。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理,具有自锁功能、工作效率高、使用安全、方便的自锁式钻夹头。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种自锁式钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、丝母套、前套、后套,其特征是:前套和丝母套之间设有转动套,转动套上设有突出的拨爪,丝母套上设有弹簧片,钻体后端外圆固定有齿盘,前套通过转动套带动丝母套转动,转动套上的拨爪打开或关闭丝母套上的弹簧片,其与齿盘上的棘齿啮合,形成自锁机构。达到自锁目的。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,具有自动自锁功能,其操作使用方便,具有结构合理,工作稳定、使用方便,自锁性能可靠等优点,适用于各种钻具的装夹。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型一种自锁式钻夹头,包括有钻体1、后套2、丝母3、夹爪4、丝母套5、前套6、卡簧7、转动套8、轴承9、轴承垫10。三个夹爪4分别安装在钻体1的三个等分斜孔内,丝母3安装在钻体1的丝母槽内,丝母3与夹爪4的螺纹形成螺纹传动机构,丝母套5与丝母3固定连接,后套2与钻体1固定连接,钻体后部有螺纹孔或锥孔。上述结构以及与其相连部件的关系属已有技术,此不详述。
图1、图2还可以看出,本实用新型前套6和丝母套5之间设有转动套8,转动套8套装在丝母套5上,并在丝母套5中设有回转空间,塑料前套6通过转动套8带动丝母套5转动,实现钻夹头松开、夹紧主要动作。本实用新型转动套8上设有突出的拨爪8-1,丝母套5上设有弹簧片5-1,钻体1后端外圆固定有齿盘11,齿盘11可以和钻体1压合固定。齿盘11上设有棘齿11-1。当夹紧或松开钻夹头时,前套6通过转动套8带动丝母套5转动,转动套8上的拨爪8-1打开或关闭丝母套上的弹簧片5-1,其与齿盘11上的棘齿11-1啮合,形成自锁机构,达到自锁目的。
如图2所示,丝母套5上设有对称的两个弹簧片5-1,弹簧片5-1上设有棘爪和弧形凸起。前套6通过转动套8带动丝母套5转动,但在转动套8和丝母套5之间有相对转动量,在转动套8和丝母套5相对转动中,通过转动套8本身突出的拨爪8-1打开或关闭弹簧片5-1,与齿盘11上的棘齿11-1形成自锁机构。
本实用新型具有自锁功能,不会因振动或冲击使钻具松动,具有结构合理,工作稳定、使用方便,自锁性能可靠等优点,适用于各种钻具的装夹。
Claims (3)
1、一种自锁式钻夹头,包括有钻体、夹爪、丝母、丝母套、前套、后套,其特征是:前套和丝母套之间设有转动套,转动套上设有突出的拨爪,丝母套上设有弹簧片,钻体后端外圆固定有齿盘,前套通过转动套带动丝母套转动,转动套上的拨爪打开或关闭丝母套上的弹簧片,其与齿盘上的棘齿啮合,形成自锁机构。
2、如权利要求1所述的自锁式钻夹头,其特征是:丝母套上设有对称的两个弹簧片。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的自锁式钻夹头,其特征是:弹簧片上设有棘爪和弧形凸起。
