Abstract

一种光波烤箱,包括壳体、卤素管、门玻璃、遮光罩、内衬、红外线管、保护罩,卤素管安置在壳体内腔顶部,壳体与卤素管之间装置内衬,壳体内腔底部,安置红外线管,红外线管上方,装置保护罩。本实用新型具有以下优点:A.效率高,食物加工快;B.烤制出的食物外脆内嫩,营养更好,味道更鲜美;C.卤素管维修更换方便,无须拆机即可实现;D.加工过程中食物状态一目了然,无需另加照明灯。

本实用新型涉及一种光波烤箱。
本实用新型背景技术
目前市面上之电烤箱主要以电热管或石英管作为发热体,二者均以电阻丝发热,以氧化镁粉或石英作为绝缘介质。热能→介质→空气(环境)→食物,热能传递和转换较缓慢,不利于食物内水分、鲜汁的保留,从而使更多的维生素等营养成分发生质变。其中电热管更是容易吸潮和腐蚀而降低绝缘性能,大大影响了整机的使用寿命。后来,人们提出用卤素灯作为光源来烤制食物,这可克服电热管的一些弊端,但由于结构复杂,且光源单一,影响到其产品的质量稳定性和推广应用。
本实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,是提供一种在烤箱类产品中大胆采用了以卤素管作为主加热元件,以红外线管或石英管作为辅助加热元件,以可见光和远红外线光作为食物加工的主要能源,真正实现了光能→食物的直接传递,进一步满足了现代人对更高生活品质和更快生活节奏的追求。
本实用新型包括壳体、卤素管、门玻璃、遮光罩、内衬、红外线管、保护罩,其特征在于卤素管安置在壳体内腔顶部,壳体与卤素管之间装置内衬,壳体内腔底部,安置红外线管,红外线管上方,装置保护罩。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
A.效率高,食物加工快;
B.烤制出的食物外脆内嫩,营养更好,味道更鲜美;
C.卤素管维修更换方便,无须拆机即可实现;
D.加工过程中食物状态一目了然,无需另加照明灯。

本实用新型具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括壳体(1,10)、卤素管11、门玻璃4、遮光罩2、内衬3、红外线管6、保护罩5,卤素管11安置在壳体(1,10)内腔顶部,壳体(1,10)与卤素管11之间装置内衬3,壳体(1,10)内腔底部,安置红外线管6,红外线管6上方,安置保护罩5,卤素灯11上方,设置遮光罩2,内衬3从壳体(1,10)内腔底部沿着壳体(1,10)轮廓线呈弯折状设置,构成壳体(1,10)的内胆,内衬3由不锈钢材料制成,门玻璃4用深色网孔状丝印玻璃或镀膜玻璃制成,卤素灯11呈长方形管横置在壳体(1,10)的左右侧板上。
工作原理:烤箱上部以高功率卤素管11作为主发热源,下部以较低功率的红外线管6(或石英管)作为辅助加热元件,利用内衬3、门玻璃4、左侧板10、右侧板1的反射作用和遮光罩2、保护罩5来共同调节光波均匀度,达到均匀烘烤的目的。折叠式不锈钢亮面内衬3以多种折射角将光波均匀散开,门玻璃4采用深色钢化玻璃加网孔状丝印或镀膜玻璃的形式遮挡和反射强光。可以以电子和机械两种形式来控制炉心的温度和烘烤时间,并在烤箱类产品中首次采用一个可以一个指尖即可操控、可任意角度自由旋转的旋钮12。如图3所示,旋钮12安置在机壳14上,旋钮12与机壳14内的控制器13轴连接。

Claims (7)

1、一种光波烤箱,包括壳体、卤素管、门玻璃、遮光罩、内衬、红外线管、保护罩,其特征在于卤素管安置在壳体内腔顶部,壳体与卤素管之间装置内衬,壳体内腔底部,安置红外线管,红外线管上方,装有保护罩。
2、根据权利要求1所述的光波烤箱,其特征在于内衬从壳体内腔底部沿着壳体轮廓线呈弯折状设置,构成壳体的内胆。
3、根据权利要求2所述的光波烤箱,其特征在于内衬由不锈钢材料制成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的光波烤箱,其特征在于门玻璃用深色网孔状丝印玻璃构成。
5、根据权利要求1所述的光波烤箱,其特征在于门玻璃用镀膜玻璃制成。
6、根据权利要求1所述的光波烤箱,其特征在于旋钮安置在机壳上,以一个指尖即可操控、可任意角度自由旋转。
7、根据权利要求1所述的光波烤箱,其特征在于卤素灯呈长方形管横置在壳体的左右侧板上。
