Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种低水压控制阀门,由浮体,水位胶圈和水位螺母构成,其特征在于:在水位胶圈的下端两头分别设有一凸瓣,水位胶圈通过水位螺母固定在浮体上,并覆盖于主体出水口水位上。通过改进的水压控制阀门,可实现低水压自动关阀门特点,从而有效解决了现有阀门低水压无法关闭而导致漏水的不足。

低水压控制阀门
本实用新型涉及卫生洁具的水压控制装置,特别是一种低水压控制阀门。
传统的水压控制装置结构复杂,水位胶圈是平面式,出水口水位加工成凸台状。由于该水位控制装置的水位胶圈面积较大,很难关闭低压水,因此时常出现低压漏水现象,从而造成了不必要的水利资源浪费。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种可在水位较低时自动关闭阀门的低水压控制装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方案实现的,由浮体、水位胶圈和水位螺母构成,其中所说的水位胶圈的下端两头分别设有凸瓣,水位胶圈通过水位螺母固定在浮体上,并覆盖于主体出水口水位上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,它除保留了原水压控制阀门特有功能外,增加了低水压自动关闭控制阀门的功能,有技解决了现有阀门因低水压无法关闭的不足。使本实用新型的技术性能更加完善,

如图1、图2所示:由水位螺母1、浮体2、出水口水位3、凸瓣4、水位胶圈5、进水口7、出水口8构成。上述构成的控制阀门是在已有水压控制阀门的基础上,通过改变水位胶圈5而实现的。具体方案是在水位胶圈5的下端两头分别设置一个凸辨4(如图2所示),通过水位螺母1将水位胶圈5固定在浮体2上,并覆盖于主体出水口水位3上,从而实现低水压的控制。

1、一种低水压控制阀门,由浮体(2)、水位胶圈(5)和水位螺母(1)构成,其特征在于:所说的水位胶圈(5)的下端两头分别设有一凸瓣(4),水位胶圈(5)通过水位螺母(1)固定在浮体(2)上,并覆盖于主体出水口水位(3)上。
