水位控制仪
本实用新型涉及一种水位控制仪,适用于小型水箱,特别适用于家庭卫生间的水箱。
一般常用的水位控制仪,利用扛杆原理,通过浮球的升落达到控制水位的目的,需要较多的部件,结构复杂,成本高,易损。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种控制水箱水位高低的水位控制仪。其原理简单,结构合理,成本低,安全性能好。
本实用新型的目的是由下述方案来实现:
由外套、活塞、浮球、连接线组成的水位控制仪,活塞装在套内,浮球通过连接线与活塞相连,外套与进水管通过丝扣相连,当水箱放水水位下降时,浮球下落,活塞打开,进水管进水,浮球托起,活塞上升,当水位达到控制高度时,活塞封死,从而达到控制水位的目的。
下面通过附图对本方案做详细说明:
附图为水位控制仪的主视图:
图中,1—外套,    2—活塞,    3—浮球,
4—连接线,    5—孔,    6—进水管。
将活塞2装在外套1内,外套1与进水管6通过丝扣相连接,浮球3通过连接线4与活塞2连接,活塞2靠近边缘部分有若干个孔5。
当水箱排水,水位下降时,浮球3下落,活塞2在自身重力作用下下沉,此时水通过进水管6,活塞孔5进入水箱内,水位上升,浮球3受浮力作用被托起,通过连接线4将活塞2上拉,当水位达到所控制高度时,活塞2顶部外锥面与外套1内锥面贴紧,孔5被封死,水位不再上升。水位的高低,由连接线4的长短所决定。

1.一种水位控制仪主要由外套、活塞、连接线及浮球组成。其特征在于外套与进水管相连接,浮球与活塞通过连接线相连接,活塞装在外套内。
