烟道对流散热器
本实用新型是对烤火炉散热烟筒的改进。
目前所用的烤火炉散热烟筒,为辐射式散热方式,烟气经烟筒迅速排出室外,大部分热量未经散热就随烟气排出,排烟口温度在130℃以上,造成能源浪费,且室温较低,煤炭利用率低,环境污染较严重。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种烟道对流散热器,以提高烟气热量的散热效果,提高室温,节约能源。
本实用新型是这样实现的,在这种散热器上,进烟口和出烟口之间为烟道,烟道外安装有散热热翅片。
采用上述结构的散热器,散热面积大,散热效果好,能充分利用热能,提高了室温,节约了能源,减轻了环境污染。
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的具体结构。

如附图所示,在本实用新型之烟道对流散热器上,进烟口(1)出烟口(6)之间为烟道(2),散热翅片(3)固定在烟道外面。散热翅片外有外壳(4),外壳上有散热孔(5)
使用时,烟气从进烟口进入烟道,经烟道和散热翅片散热后,经出烟口排出,由于散热翅片的存在,散热面积与原有烟筒相比,大大增加(可提高9倍以上),因此,散热快。同距离烟筒室外出口温度可下降100℃左右,说明热量大部分已在室内散出,提高了煤利用率。
外壳散热孔的存在,可使散热片,底部进冷风,上部排热风,对流性较强,这就进一步提高了散热速度和热量利用率。散热孔可为百页窗式和长孔式,以提高其装饰性。
本实用新型可做成竖式,横式两种。散热翅片应竖式平行排列,以达到对流目的。

1、烟道对流散热器,其特征在于,在所述的散热器上,进烟口(1)与出烟口(6)之间为烟道(2),在烟道外安装有散热翅片(3)。
2、如权利要求1所述的烟道对流散热器,其特征在于,在所述的散热翅片(3)外有外壳(4),外壳上有散热孔(5)。
