Abstract
一种标记灯灯泡,它包含灯体,灯头,多个发光二极管和给发光二极管供电的电源,多个发光二极管分布在灯体的外周上。其特征在于,电源设置在灯体内,灯泡还包括一连接器,连接器的一端与灯头固定,另一端通过一定转矩可转动地与灯体的连接端相连。该灯泡省电,寿命长,可适用于标记灯或任何需调节发光位置的场合。特别是用于标记灯中,可转动调节发光位置,从标记灯标记面观察,给人以无亮点的均匀柔和的醒目提示。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种灯泡,尤其涉及一种标记灯灯泡。
标记灯一般包括扁平的灯箱和灯泡。灯箱的两面常用透光部和不透光部组成各种提示标记,灯箱内设有标记灯灯泡,通过灯泡的发光给人们提供各种醒目的提示。
已有技术的标记灯灯泡一般采用白炽灯泡。这种标记灯灯泡有如下缺点。第一,费电,寿命短。第二,因白炽灯泡为点光源,从外面观察标记灯会产生令人厌烦的亮点,发光不均匀。
本实用新型鉴于上述已有技术存在的问题,其目的在于提供一种节电、寿命长、发光均匀的标记灯灯泡。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供由上述灯泡组成的标记灯。
为完成上述目的,本实用新型的标记灯灯泡有如下结构。它包含灯体,灯头,多个发光二极管和给所述发光二极管供电的电源,所述多个发光二极管设置在所述灯体的外周上,其特征在于,所述电源设置在所述灯体内,所述灯泡进一步包含一连接器,该连接器的一端与所述灯头固定连接,所述连接器的另一端通过一定转矩可转动地与所述灯体的连接端连接。
如上构成的本实用新型的标记灯灯泡,具有节能,寿命长,且通过转动可调节发光方向使发光均匀等优点。它不仅可用于标记灯,凡需调节发光方向的场所都可应用。
下面结合附图所示实施例详细说明本实用新型。
图1为本实用新型一实施例标记灯灯泡的整体图;

图3为上述实施例中电源电路图;
图4为本实用新型另一实施例标记灯灯泡中灯体连接端和连接器的结构示图。
参见图1,本实用新型的标记灯灯泡(以下简称为“灯泡”)包含灯体1,灯头2,多个发光二极管3,和给发光二极管3供电的电源4(图1中未示)。该电源4设置在灯体1内。该灯泡还进一步包含一连接器5,其一端与灯头2固定连接,其另一端通过一定转矩可转动地与灯体1的连接端连接。
参见图2,该图是本实用新型灯泡的分解立体图。如图2所示,连接器5由形状基本相同、外形呈多台阶状、内部中空的大致半圆柱形的前连接器5a和后连接器5b相向对合而成。在前连接器5a和/或后连接器5b的与灯头6连接的一端的外台阶面上形成一压线槽51,压线槽51的一端形成一与中空内部52沟通的穿线孔53。当连接器5一端与灯头2固定安装时,灯体1内的电源4输入端的一根引线经中空内部52穿过穿线孔53压入压线槽51,再由灯头2的金属外壳21压紧电气连通,电源输入端的另一根引线穿过中空内部52焊接于灯头2的触眼22。不同直径大小的灯头2压接在连接器5多台阶外形的各相应台阶面上进行固定。
灯体1的一端形成圆柱形的连接端11,连接端11外周上形成一环形槽112,该环形槽112内至少有一个凸块113。连接器5的另一端的中空内部52形成一向内的突环54,突环54上至少有一个凸部55。当灯体1通过其连接端11与连接器5另一端连接时,连接器5的突环54卡合在灯体1的连接端11的环形槽112内,通过一定的转矩使灯体1相对于连接器5可转动。这种转动中的一定转矩的设定是为了确保灯泡转动调整到某个发光位置使灯泡稳定地保持在该位置所必需的。设定的转矩越大,则所调整后的位置越稳定。但若转矩设定太大,会使灯泡旋入螺扣灯座中作反向转动调整灯泡发光位置时,灯泡易于旋出螺扣灯座而不能作转动位置调整。故通常使这种转矩小于灯泡锁紧于灯座中所需锁紧转矩并考虑到调整位置的实用稳定性,对上述转动转矩进行设定。这种转动所需转矩是与通过突环54及环形槽112尺寸配合所产生的转动磨擦力相对应的。
当灯泡通过其灯头2旋入灯座(未图示)时,环形槽112上的凸块113与突环54上的凸部55形成转动止挡点。
继续参见图2,灯体1由两个形状相同的扁长形前壳体12,后壳体13相合而成。灯体1的圆柱形连接端11由两个形状相同的分别与所述前壳体12、后壳体13为一体的半圆柱形的前后结构11a、11b相合而成。
电源4设于扁长形前壳体12、后壳体13形成的灯体1内。
由图2可见,多个发光二极管3大体上均匀地分布在灯体1侧周14两壳体12、13的当中接合部上,且多个发光二极管的光轴大致位于所述两壳体12、13相结合的结合面上。各发光二极管3从侧周14中间愈向灯体两端分布,其光轴愈向两端倾斜。
灯体1的圆柱形连接端11上形成有与侧周14对应的且其底面垂直于壳体12、13结合面的两个卡槽12a、12b。该卡槽12a、12b的设置是为了在无需连接器和灯头的情况下,通过该卡槽12a、12b卡接在标记灯灯箱内灯体1的安装架(未图示)上,使灯体1也能安装于灯箱内。
下面参见图3,图3为本实用新型的电源4的电路图。由图3可见,电源4由D1、D2、D3、D4组成桥式整流电路,整流电路的交流输入端串接一限流电容C1,整流电路的输出端并接一滤波电路,并对多个发光二极管3(DF1,DF2……DFn)串联供电。该电路的优点在于元件少,电路结构简单。
以上对图1、图2、图3所示本实用新型实施例1作了详细描述,但该实施例1还可作如下结构上的变化。
①灯体1连接端11上的环形槽112与连接器5中的突环54可相互置换设置,即将环形槽112设置在原突环54的位置处,而突环54可设置在原环形槽112处。这样的变化不会改变原灯泡的性能。
②灯体1在结构可作成一个一侧面开口的主壳体,且其连接端11取与所述主壳体为一体的整体结构(不像原来的半圆柱形的前后结构11a、11b那种分体结构),然后在所述开口上设置一个可折卸安装的盖。这种变形例的灯体1所具有的优点是便于对设置于灯体1内的电源4及侧周14上的发光二极管3进行维修及替换且便于安装转轮式的灯头。
③灯头2可为螺扣式,但也可为卡接式等其它标准灯头。
④灯体1的前壳体12和后壳体13可作成相互结构相同且通过可折卸卡脚式互插连接结构相互结合,这样节省模具,且便于维修。
下面参见图4,图4为本实用新型另一实施例标记灯灯泡中灯体连接端和连接器的结构示图。由图4可见,与灯体1主壳体13′一体结构的连接端11′呈碗形的圆柱体。在连接端11′的碗形口端形成一环形槽112′,碗形底部圆柱面上形成一凸块113′。连接器5′为中空的大致多台阶形的圆柱体。连接器5′与所述连接端11′碗形底部相对的另一端内部形成两台阶圆柱面56、57。圆柱面56的端口形成多个(如4个)具有弹性的卡突54′,另一圆柱面57上形成一凸部55′。装配时,连接端11′的碗形部伸入连接器5′的圆柱面56,57部位,使卡突54′卡合在环形槽112′内,从而通过一定的转矩可使灯体1与连接器5′作相对转动,此时凸块113′和凸部55′形成转动止挡点。
以上结合实施例详细描述了本实用新型。
本实用新型的灯泡可装于已有技术的任何标志灯灯箱中以取代白炽灯灯泡。安装时通过螺扣式或卡式灯头拧(接)入灯箱的灯座中,然后手持灯体作反方向转动使灯体的扁平面平行于灯箱的前后标记面,灯泡安装完毕。在上述灯体的两扁平面平行于标记灯的标记面的位置状态下,由于各发光二极管的光轴指向非标记面的四周侧,光源不直接照射人眼,且二极管的分布愈向端部其光轴愈向端部倾斜,使光源向四周发光均匀,另一方面,由于二极管均匀分布在灯体的四周,不像白炽灯呈点光源分布。故在标记灯的前后标记面上形成无亮点的均匀的漫反射光照射,从标记面两面观察,给人以柔和醒目的标记提示。
Claims (6)
1.一种标记灯灯泡,它包含灯体,灯头,多个发光二极管和给所述发光二极管供电的电源,所述多个发光二极管设置在所述灯体的外周上,其特征在于,
所述电源设置在所述灯体内;
所述灯泡进一步包含一连接器,该连接器的一端与所述灯头固定连接,所述连接器的另一端通过一定转矩可转动地与所述灯体的连接端连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯泡,其特征在于,所述连接器由形状基本相同、外形呈多台阶状、内部中空的大致半圆柱形的前连接器和后连接器相向对合而成,合成后的所述连接器一端至少在所述前连接器和后连接器两者之一的外台阶面上形成一压线槽,所述压线槽的一端形成一与中空内部沟通的穿线孔,当所述连接器的一端与所述灯头固定安装时,设于所述灯体内的电源引线的一根经中空内部穿过穿线孔压入压线槽由灯头的金属外壳压紧电气连通;电源引线的另一根焊接于灯头的触眼。
所述灯体的一端形成圆柱形的连接端,所述连接端外周上形成一环形槽,所述环形槽内至少有一个凸块;所述连接器的另一端的中空内部形成一向内的突环,所述突环上至少有一个凸部;当所述灯体通过其连接端与所述连接器另一端连接时,所述连接器的突环卡合在灯体连接端的环形槽内,通过一定的转矩使所述灯体与所述连接器可相对转动,当所述灯泡通过其灯头旋入灯座时,所述环形槽上的凸块与所述突环上的凸部形成转动止挡点。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯体由两个形状相同的扁长形壳体相合而成,所述灯体的圆柱形连接端由两个形状相同的分别与所述壳体为一体的半圆柱形的结构相合而成,
所述电源设于所述两扁长形壳体形成的灯体内,
所述多个发光二极管大体均匀地分布在所述灯体侧周两壳体的接合部上且所述多个发光二极管的光轴大致位于所述两壳体相结合的结合面上,所述各发光二极管从所述侧周中间愈向灯体两端分布其光轴愈向两端倾斜。
4.如权利要求3所述的灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯体的圆柱形连接端上形成有与所述侧周对应的且其底面垂直所述两壳体结合面的两个卡槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的灯泡,其特征在于,所述电源由D1、D2、D3、D4组成桥式整流电路,整流电路的输入端串接一限流电容C1,整流电路的输出端并接一滤波电容,并对所述多个发光二极管串联供电。
6.如权利要求1所述的灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯体包含一主壳体,与所述主壳体一体结构的所述连接端呈碗形的圆柱体,在所述圆柱体的碗形口端形成一环形槽,所述碗形底部圆柱面上形成一凸块;所述连接器为中空的大致多台阶形的圆柱体,所述连接器与所述连接端碗形底部相对的另一端内部形成两台阶圆柱面,该圆柱面的端口形成多个具有弹性的卡突,另一圆柱面上形成一凸部;所述连接器的上述另一端与所述灯体的连接端连接时,所述连接端的碗形部伸入所述连接器的所述两台阶圆柱面部位,使所述卡突卡合在所述环形槽内,通过一定转矩可使所述灯体与所述连接器相对转动,所述凸块和所述凸部形成转动止挡点。
