Abstract
一种清洁垫,主要用于内裤的裆部,以保持人体外阴部位的清洁、干爽、舒适、卫生。该清洁垫组成是表层为柔软干式纯棉无纺布,其外层为无毒灭菌纸巾,第三层为吸水性强含高分子聚合体薄片,最外层为透气性好的塑面膜片并将四层密封压边成型,在塑面膜片的背后采用点胶方式与内裤相接。该清洁垫经严格的灭菌消毒,卫生舒适,男女适用;并具有柔软洁净,成本低,方便贴粘的特点,每日一片,天天干净。
Description
本实用新型属于卫生保健用品，尤其涉及在人体内裤中使用的卫生垫片。
成年男女生殖系统内分泌物逐渐增多(特别是已婚者和中老年人)，并伴有小便之后尿滴残留在内裤裆部，不适有异味。特别是炎热的夏季更加突出，由于内分泌物成分复杂，尿渍酸碱更难洗净，洗后仍留有班迹，使内裤裆部发黄变色，因而使得内裤没有穿坏就洗坏了，或者发黄变硬难以继续使用，这样既不卫生又不雅观。
目前绝大多数人还没有条件穿一次性内裤。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种清洁垫放于内裤的裆部，每天一片，可以保持裆部清洁、干爽、卫生、舒适；还可以在垫片上涂抹药物，用于治疗外阴部位的患疾。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的，该垫片的表层(即与人肌肤相接触层)采用高级柔软干式纯棉无纺布，其下层为无毒灭菌纸巾，第三层为含有高分子聚合体薄片，底层为带有麻孔的透气塑膜，以上各层均用四周压边密封。在最底层的外部采用点式背胶，稳定其清洁垫在内裤中的位置。
本实用新型的优点是：
1、由于该垫片表层是用高级干式纯棉无纺布，使得贴近皮肤一面无化纤织品的刺激和不适的感觉；
2、经严格的灭菌消毒，卫生舒适，男女适用；
3、该垫片柔软洁净，成本低，方便贴粘，每日一片，天天干净。

下面结合附图详细叙述本实用新型的实施例：
本实用新型主要组成是在贴靠肌肤的一层为柔软干式纯绵无纺布1，在其外层为无毒灭菌的纸巾2，在纸巾2的外层采用吸收水分好的含高分子聚合体薄片3，在最外层采用开有麻孔或圆孔的透气性塑面膜片4，以上四层采用四周密封压边成型。在膜片4的背后采用点胶5方式与内裤相接，以保证垫片6不滑动，不变形。该垫片的外型是：果仁型，倒置梨型，椭圆型，长方型等。还可以在表层无纺布1或纸巾2上涂抹药物。
Claims (4)
1、一种清洁垫，其特征是，表层为柔软干式纯棉无纺布(1)，其外层为无毒灭菌纸巾(2)，第三层为吸水性强含高分子聚合体薄片(3)，最外层为透气性好的塑面膜片(4)在膜片(4)的背后采用点胶(5)，对清洁垫(6)的四层采用四周密封压边成型。
2、根据权利要求1所述的清洁垫，其特征是，塑面膜片(4)可开有麻孔或圆孔。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的清洁垫，其特征是，清洁垫的外型为果仁型或倒置梨型或椭圆型或长方型。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的清洁垫，其特征是，在清洁垫(6)的表层无纺布(1)上或纸巾(2)上涂有药物。
