Abstract

本发明公开了一种抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，该婴儿尿布包括尿布主体，该尿布主体外缘设置护围，并在对应的婴儿裆部位置内衬有吸收芯体以及功能垫片，所述功能垫片包括压合为一体的抑菌层以及亲肤层，其亲肤层的主体为复合无纺布层，并在所述复合无纺布层表面成型有一层牛奶纤维织物层，亲肤层以牛奶纤维织物层表面为婴儿肌肤接触面；而所述抑菌层成型于复合无纺布层的内侧，包括竹原纤维织物层以及粘胶纤维织物层，且在所述竹原纤维织物层与所述粘胶纤维织物层之间中填充有薄荷纤维来缓解尿布吸湿后的不适感。本发明能有效地保持了婴儿臀部干燥、卫生、透气，并提高婴儿穿着时的舒适度。

Description

一种抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布
技术领域
本发明涉及婴幼儿护理用品中的尿布领域，具体为一种抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布。
背景技术
婴儿出生后，由于其自控力和协调力有欠缺，往往会出现尿失禁等情况。所以需要使用到纸尿布；也有成人因为不同的原因，出现尿失禁等情况，也会使用到尿布来进行辅助护理。传统的婴儿尿布一般为棉布片，使用时将棉布折成长条状垫在婴儿屁股下面即可，虽然其舒适柔软，但需要经常进行清洗，非常不方便。
而堆着消费观念的改变及生活品质的提升，市面上出现了多种多样的纸尿布供应，这一类纸尿布作为一种方便更换的一次性产品，不用洗涤，在使用后即可丢弃，非常方便，但是现在市面的大部分的纸尿布通常结构简单，采用材料和技术原理都很相似，虽能起到基础吸收的作用，但吸收效果不好，吸收量小，吸收速度慢，婴儿屁屁容易起红疹，当婴儿尿液过多时棉布片不能全部将尿液吸收，部分尿液将婴儿臀部容易因为潮湿而影响舒适度，容易使婴儿感觉不舒服而哭泣，同时也容易滋生细菌影响婴儿身体健康；也有将纸尿裤进行加厚设计来提高其吸水性和吸水量的，但是这种加厚的设计会直接影响到婴儿穿着的舒适感，同时婴儿尿布作为一类常用品，家庭内通常会储备较多，而放置的时间一旦过长，这种加厚的婴儿尿布也要比未加厚的容易滋生细菌。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，包括尿布主体，所述尿布主体外缘设置有对婴儿腰部轮廓进行包裹的护围，而尿布主体对应的婴儿裆部位置内衬有功能垫片，所述功能垫片在外轮廓线内侧位置与尿布主体通过胶层压合并粘连以形成一个囊腔结构，其内填充有吸收芯体，而所述功能垫片包括压合为一体的抑菌层以及亲肤层，其亲肤层的主体为复合无纺布层，并在所述复合无纺布层表面成型有一层牛奶纤维织物层，亲肤层以牛奶纤维织物层表面为婴儿肌肤接触面；而所述抑菌层成型于复合无纺布层的内侧，包括竹原纤维织物层以及粘胶纤维织物层，且在所述竹原纤维织物层与所述粘胶纤维织物层之间中填充有薄荷纤维来缓解尿布吸湿后的不适感。
作为进一步限定，所述尿布主体由无纺布或全天然棉织物制成。
作为进一步限定，所述护围为纸质的罗纹收缩护围，且在所述收缩护围上设置有连接固定件，所述连接固定件为粘扣、纽扣、纸胶带中的一种或者组合。
作为进一步限定，所述亲肤层的复合无纺布层通过2~4层无纺布水刺成型为一体，并在其上压制有网纹压痕以提高使用婴儿的舒适度。
作为进一步限定，所述抑菌层与吸收芯体之间还设置有一层单向导流材质成型制成，用于向吸收芯体侧单向导流的导流层。
作为进一步限定，所述吸收芯体内填充有高吸水性聚合物，优选为高吸水性树脂，所述高吸水性聚合物被无毒塑料膜层包裹，且所述无毒塑料膜层在婴儿裆部朝向功能垫片的一侧开孔。
作为进一步限定，所述吸收芯体呈腰形，长度为尿布主体长度的2/3、宽为25~32mm、厚度为3~4mm。
作为进一步限定，所述抑菌层的厚度为0.5~0.8mm，其通过网纹热压工艺将其中的竹原纤维织物层以及粘胶纤维织物层压合固定。
有益效果：本发明能快速吸尿，透气性好，无不良异味，且柔软弹性好，能为婴儿提供舒适卫生的臀部环境，同时具有吸湿、防湿功能和超强的吸附功能，能消除不良异味，同时抑菌层结构有抗菌、抑菌作用，柔软弹性好，有效地保持了婴儿臀部干燥、卫生、透气，保护婴儿的身体健康。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1的一种高抑菌型产妇卫生护垫的较佳实施例，在本实施例中，包括尿布主体9，该尿布主体9为全天然棉织物制成，其外缘设置有对婴儿腰部轮廓进行包裹的护围，该护围为纸质的罗纹收缩护围，并在该罗纹收缩护围的环面上设置有粘扣作为连接固定件来对罗纹收缩护围进行固定，以将其固定在婴儿腰部轮廓位置上。
而在尿布主体9内侧对应婴儿裆部位置内侧，自尿布主体9侧向外依次成型有吸收芯体7、抑菌层以及亲肤层，其中，抑菌层与亲肤层共同组成功能垫片，并在该功能垫片的外轮廓线内侧位置与尿布主体9通过胶层压合并粘连以形成一个囊腔结构，而吸收芯体7呈腰形，并成型于该囊腔结构中，其长度为尿布主体长度的2/3，并在穿戴完成后正对婴儿的裆部位置，而的宽为25~32mm、厚度为3~4mm，吸收芯体7中内填充有高吸水性树脂，并在该高吸水性树脂的外侧通过无毒塑料膜层8进行包裹，该无毒塑料膜层8为一个囊袋结构，对吸收芯体7进行包裹，并在无毒塑料膜层8的囊袋结构对应婴儿裆部位置开有朝向功能垫片的开孔。
在本实施例中，功能垫片中的抑菌层包括一层具有抑菌功效的竹原纤维织物层4和一层具有抑菌功效的粘胶纤维织物层6，且在竹原纤维织物层4与粘胶纤维织物层6之间设置有一层薄荷纤维填充层5来缓解尿布吸湿后的不适感，竹原纤维织物层4和粘胶纤维织物层6通过网纹热压工艺进行压合固定，以在稳定抑菌层结构的同时将薄荷纤维填充层5中的填充薄荷纤维进行位置固定，而热压成型后的抑菌层的厚度为0.6~0.7mm。
而在竹原纤维织物层4表面成型有复合无纺布层3，该复合无纺布层3通过4层无纺布水刺成型为一体，且在该复合无纺布层3表面成型有一层牛奶纤维织物层1来作为婴儿肌肤接触面，复合无纺布层3和牛奶纤维织物层1共同作为亲肤层，同时在该亲肤层上压制有网纹压痕2以提高使用婴儿的接触部位舒适度。
而在另一实施例中，在抑菌层与吸收芯体之间还设置有一层单向导流材质成型制成，用于向吸收芯体侧单向导流的导流层，通过导流层的设置可以使吸收芯体7中吸收的液体不至于回流至亲肤层，能进一步提高使用婴儿的接触部位舒适度。

1.一种抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，包括尿布主体，其特征在于，所述尿布主体外缘设置有对婴儿腰部轮廓进行包裹的护围，而尿布主体对应的婴儿裆部位置内衬有功能垫片，所述功能垫片在外轮廓线内侧位置与尿布主体通过胶层压合并粘连以形成一个囊腔结构，其内填充有吸收芯体，而所述功能垫片包括压合为一体的抑菌层以及亲肤层，其亲肤层的主体为复合无纺布层，并在所述复合无纺布层表面成型有一层牛奶纤维织物层，亲肤层以牛奶纤维织物层表面为婴儿肌肤接触面；而所述抑菌层成型于复合无纺布层的内侧，包括竹原纤维织物层以及粘胶纤维织物层，且在所述竹原纤维织物层与所述粘胶纤维织物层之间中填充有薄荷纤维来缓解尿布吸湿后的不适感。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，其特征在于，所述尿布主体由无纺布或全天然棉织物制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，其特征在于，所述护围为纸质的罗纹收缩护围，且在所述收缩护围上设置有粘扣、纽扣、纸胶带中的一种或者组合来作为连接固定件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，其特征在于，所述亲肤层的复合无纺布层通过2~4层无纺布水刺成型为一体，并在其上压制有网纹压痕以提高使用婴儿的舒适度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，其特征在于，所述抑菌层与吸收芯体之间还设置有一层用于向吸收芯体侧单向导流的导流层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，其特征在于，所述吸收芯体内填充有高吸水性聚合物，所述高吸水性聚合物被无毒塑料膜层包裹，且所述无毒塑料膜层在婴儿裆部朝向功能垫片的一侧开孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，其特征在于，所述吸收芯体内填充的高吸水性聚合物为高吸水性树脂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，其特征在于，所述吸收芯体呈腰形，长度为尿布主体长度的2/3、宽为25~32mm、厚度为3~4mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌亲肤型婴儿尿布，其特征在于，所述抑菌层的厚度为0.5~0.8mm，并通过网纹热压工艺将其中的竹原纤维织物层以及粘胶纤维织物层压合固定。
