本实用新型涉及一种无内胎轮胎结构,尤指一种可防刺穿的无内胎轮胎结构。
现有无内胎轮胎结构,虽具有较佳之气密性,轮胎一旦扎破,胎内空气依然会逐渐消失,遂吁求一种可防刺穿的无内胎轮胎结构。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可防刺穿的无内胎轮胎结构。
本实用新型提出使用一种柔软密封橡胶,置于轮胎内壁一体成型,藉以防止尖锐物刺穿,轮胎内壁一旦刺穿,这种柔软密封橡胶即可紧密包覆尖锐物,使尖锐物与穿孔间无隙存在,使无泄气之虞。

图1所述,包括:胎身(11)及其向两侧向上延伸之侧壁(12)、胎外表面设有防滑花纹的胎面(13)、胎内表面设有合成气密胶(14);侧壁(12)上端形成胎唇(15),位于轮胎(1)与钢圈(2)结合处,胎(1)内有高压气时胎唇会紧贴于圈(2),二者之间形成气密闭,所述均同于一般无内胎轮胎。
本实用新型主要系在轮胎(1)内壁环向增设一层柔软密封橡胶(16)并与轮胎(1)一体成型。如是,可使轮胎(1)内壁加厚,以减少刺穿的机率。一旦刺穿,该柔软密封橡胶(16)亦会紧密包覆于尖锐物(3),使刺穿孔间无隙存在,使无泄气之虞。
本实用新型优点在于可防刺穿轮胎,一旦刺穿使无泄气之虞。从而收到安全使用无内胎轮胎的显效。

1、一种无内胎轮胎,包括有胎身、侧壁、胎面、内壁气密胶层和胎唇,其特征在于:
轮胎(1)内壁环向增设一层柔软密封橡胶(6)并与该轮胎(1)一体成型。
