Abstract

本实用新型是一种改进的翻板阀,其特点是翻板阀的阀座与阀板相对应的密封面上与密封圈贴合处有环槽,环槽截面为三角形。该翻板阀耐压高,密封效果明显高于现有产品。为强化效果,环槽可为同心不等径的多道。

一种翻板阀
本实用新型涉及一种通过阀座运动移动密封面来启闭的翻板阀。
翻板阀是气体管路中常用的一种截止阀,它的启闭过程包含两种操作,一是阀座的平移使密封面分离或压合,二是阀板的翻转。翻板阀的启闭操作通常采用气、液驱动或电机驱动,也有的采用手动。由于翻板阀作为气体管路中的截止阀,常要承受较高的压力。现有翻板阀由于设计上的原因,密封性能尚不理想,影响使用。
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种具有优良密封性能的翻板阀,以适应生产需要。
为完成发明目的而设计的翻板阀由左、右阀座及其密封面间的阀板、密封圈和翻板机构组成,阀座的密封面上与密封圈贴合处有环槽,环槽截面形状为三角形。
为了增强密封效果,翻板阀的左、右阀座的密封面上与密封圈贴合处均可有多道环槽,环槽同心不等径。
本实用新型翻板阀由于其阀体的密封面上有三角形截面的环槽,密封圈可被贴压在密封面及环槽内,因而能承受较大气压,使翻转阀的密封性能大大提高。

如图1所示,液力翻板阀的左阀座5和右阀座12与其间的阀板3套穿在转轴2上,左阀座5上的压紧盘4与液压缸活塞杆13连接,阀板3由液力翻板装置1操作。左阀座5上的压紧盘4的密封面8上有两圈同心不等径的三角形截面槽6,右阀座12的密封面9上有三圈同心不等径的三角形截面环槽10,压紧盘4的密封面8与阀板3之间有密封环7,右阀座12的密封面9与阀板3之间有密封环11。膨胀管14将压紧盘4一端与左阀座5密封连接。

1、一种翻板阀,由左、右阀座及其密封面间的阀板、密封圈和翻板机构组成,其特和在于所说的阀座的密封面上与密封圈贴合处有环槽,环槽截面形状为三角形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的翻板阀,其特征在于所说的左、右阀座的密封面上与密封圈贴合处有多道环槽,环槽同心不等径。
