Claims (6)
- 배관시스템에 사용되는 게이트밸브(1)에 있어서,연결통로(12)가 중앙에 형성되고 내부로는 가이드 공(14)이 관통형성되는 몸체(10)와;상기 몸체(10)의 상부에 결합되고 내부에는 상기 몸체(10)에 형성되는 가이드 공(14)보다 큰 상부 가이드 공(22)이 형성되는 상부 본네트(20)와;상기 몸체(10)의 하부에 결합되고 내부에는 상기 몸체(10)에 형성되는 가이드 공(14)보다 큰 하부 가이드 공(32)이 형성되는 하부 본네트(30)와;상기 몸체(10), 상부 본네트(20) 및 하부 본네트(30)에 형성되는 가이드 공(14, 22, 32)을 따라 상, 하 작동하며 상기 몸체(10)에 형성되는 연결통로(12)의 지름과 동일한 관통홈(32)이 일측에 형성되고 상부에는 연결고리(44)가 형성되는 슬라이드 게이트(40)와;상기 상부 본네트(20)의 상부에 마련되고 내부로는 수용공간(52)이 형성되는 케이스(50)와;상기 케이스(50)의 상부에 마련되고 동력을 전달하는 축(62)이 상기 케이스에 개재되는 구동부(60)와;상기 축(62)과 일측이 결합되고 하부에는 상기 슬라이드 게이트(40)에 형성되는 연결고리(44)와 결합하기 위한 홈(72)이 형성되는 연결부(70); 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드식 배관용 게이트밸브.
- 제 1항 있어서,상기 몸체(10)의 상, 하에는 저마찰 재질로 형성되는 브이형 패킹(16)이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드식 배관용 게이트밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 몸체(10)에 형성되는 가이드 공(14)의 상, 하부에는 상기 슬라이드 게이트(40)를 기준으로 전, 후면에는 패킹(84)이 개재되는 보조 플레이트(82)가 형성되는 결합부재(80)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드식 배관용 게이트밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 구동부(60)의 축(62)과 연결부(70)는 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드식 배관용 게이트밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 슬라이드 게이트(20)의 전, 후면으로는 상기 몸체(10)에 형성되는 연결 통로(12)와 동일한 크기를 가지는 통로(92)가 형성되는 백 플레이트(90)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드식으로 작동되는 배관용 게이트 밸브.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 백 플레이트(90)의 상부와 하부 일측으로는 상기 백 플레이트(90)의 이탈과 틀어짐을 방지하기 위한 가이드 블록(94)이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드식으로 작동되는 배관용 게이트 밸브.
