Background
With the increasing consumer interest in healthy diets, a variety of nutritional beverages are emerging on the market, with milk tea as a popular beverage, and innovations and improvements are continually being made. Traditional milk tea is usually composed of basic components such as tea, milk, sugar and the like, but modern consumers put higher demands on the nutritional value, health attributes and individuation requirements of drinks.
The bird's nest is nest formed by mixing and condensing saliva and down feather and the like of swiftlet belonging to the family of the rainbow and various species of the same genus of the swiftlet, and has rich nutrition and medicinal value. In order to meet the market demands, various instant bird's nest products are appeared on the market, and the products are usually in a can or bottled form, so that consumers can eat the instant bird's nest products directly. The main nutritional components of the bird's nest comprise protein, carbohydrate, trace elements and water-soluble amino acid, wherein sialic acid is a main bioactive component in the bird's nest, and the bird's nest has various functions of resisting aging, resisting virus, resisting rays, reducing blood pressure, improving immunity and the like. In recent years, the edible bird's nest consumption amount is gradually increased, and the instant bird's nest, the fresh stewed bird's nest and the fresh soaked bird's nest become the main stream of consumption due to the fact that the cover is opened. However, the instant bird's nest, the fresh stewed bird's nest and the fresh soaked bird's nest are mainly sugar-free or rock candy, and the ingredients are mainly bird's nest, water or/and rock candy, so that the taste is limited and the popularity of the bird's nest in young people is affected.
In the prior art, the method of blending healthy food materials such as bird's nest, coarse grain, fruit and the like into milk tea products has appeared, and the purpose of improving the nutritional value and the health benefit of the milk tea is achieved. The bird's nest is a high-value tonic and is favored by being rich in protein and various amino acids. The coarse food grain and the fruits add dietary fibers and vitamins for the milk tea, and are beneficial to improving the overall diet quality.
However, the bird's nest fruit freeze-dried milk tea product in the prior art usually adopts a mixed packaging mode, namely, all the components are pre-mixed and then subjected to freeze-drying treatment. This packaging, while convenient for production and transportation, also presents the following problems:
1. Consumers cannot intuitively understand the specific content and quality of the bird nest in the milk tea, and the trust degree and purchase willingness of the consumers to the product are affected.
2. Because all ingredients are pre-mixed, consumers cannot individually adjust the ingredients of the milk tea according to their own taste and nutritional requirements.
3. The pre-mixing and freeze-drying process can affect the mouthfeel and nutritional value of portions of the food material, such as the silky texture of bird's nest and the fresh flavor of fruit.
4. The traditional freeze-drying technology can not fully retain the nutritional ingredients, especially the thermosensitive ingredients, of edible materials such as bird's nest, coarse food grain and the like.
Inspired by split charging and fusion of bird's nest and milk tea, a container capable of being combined can be designed to split any two different beverages which can be drunk in a mixed mode, and when the beverage is drunk, the two containers are combined, so that the two beverages can be drunk in a mixed mode conveniently.
Disclosure of utility model
In view of the above, the utility model aims to provide an innovative design of a drink combination container, which solves the problem that two drinks which are not suitable for long-term mixing are mixed and drunk immediately and conveniently.
The inventor continuously reforms and innovates through long-term exploration and trial and repeated experiments and efforts, and in order to solve the technical problems, the utility model provides a beverage container, which comprises:
i. a cup for storing a first beverage;
A detachable cup cover which is matched with the cup body and seals the cup mouth or a sealing film which is matched with the cup body and seals the cup mouth;
the bottom is constructed as a connecting part connected with the cup body of the second beverage bottle, and the connecting part is sealed by a waterproof and easily-pierced bottom film.
According to one embodiment of the beverage container, the connecting part is of a cylindrical structure, the bottom of the cylindrical structure is connected with the cup body, the top of the cylindrical structure is connected with a top ring, and the lower surface of the top ring is provided with a sealing ring groove for accommodating a sealing ring.
According to one embodiment of the beverage container, the lower surface of the top ring is further provided with a secondary ring groove, and the secondary ring groove is in fusion with the sealing ring groove.
According to one embodiment of the beverage container of the present utility model, the material of the bottom film includes any one or two materials selected from tin foil, aluminum foil, polypropylene film, polyethylene film, polytetrafluoroethylene film, polylactic acid film, polypropylene nonwoven fabric and paper.
The utility model also provides a beverage combination container, which comprises the beverage container and a second beverage bottle, wherein the second beverage bottle comprises:
i. A bottle for storing an instant second beverage;
a cap for sealing the bottle;
the bottle body is connected with the bottle cap and the cup body in a detachable mode.
According to one embodiment of the drink combination container of the present utility model, the drink container further includes a straw having a piercing tip that pierces the base film.
According to one embodiment of the drink combination container, the second drink bottle is connected with the drink container through threads, and the connecting part is provided with a sealing ring.
According to one embodiment of the beverage combination container, the second beverage bottle is a glass bottle, a ceramic bottle, a plastic bottle or a composite bottle made of various materials, and the beverage container is a plastic cup.
According to one embodiment of the beverage combination container, the volume of the beverage container is more than 6 times of that of a second beverage bottle, the bottle body of the second beverage bottle is a short flat bottle, and the outer diameter of the bottle body is not smaller than the outer diameter of the bottom of the cup body.
According to one embodiment of the drink container, the second drink bottle has a mass which is 3 times or more the mass of the drink container.
According to one embodiment of the drink combining container of the present utility model, the drink combining container omits the bottom film.
Compared with the prior art, one of the technical schemes has the following advantages:
a) The beverage combination container disclosed by the utility model has the advantages that the second beverage (such as bird's nest) and the first beverage (such as milk tea) are packaged separately before being eaten, and are combined when being eaten, so that a consumer can directly observe the quality and quantity of the second beverage (such as instant bird's nest), and the transparency and the trust degree of the product are improved. Along with the pursuit of consumers for healthy food, the health benefit of the second beverage (such as bird's nest) is combined with the convenience of the first beverage (such as milk tea), so that brand new options are provided for meeting the demands of consumers for healthy beverage.
B) The second beverage (e.g. bird's nest) and the first beverage (e.g. milk tea) are packaged separately and are not mixed until being eaten, so that the mouthfeel of the second beverage (e.g. instant bird's nest) and the flavor of the first beverage (e.g. milk tea) are ensured. The consumer may select the type and ratio of the second beverage (e.g., bird's nest) to the first beverage (e.g., milk tea) based on personal taste preferences, providing a personalized consumption experience.
C) The design of the drink combination container of the second drink (such as instant bird's nest) and the first drink (such as milk tea) ensures that the eating process is simple and quick, and is suitable for the modern fast-paced and high-quality life style.
D) In one embodiment, the second beverage bottle with larger weight is used as the bottom of the container, the gravity center principle in physics is utilized, the stability of the whole container is improved, the toppling risk is reduced, and the holding hand feeling is better.
E) In one embodiment, the beverage combination container made of plastic is used as the cup body, and the second container bottle made of glass is used as the cup bottom, so that the beverage combination container can be prevented from being crashed due to collision.
F) In one embodiment, the beverage combination container with the bottom film omitted can be used as a conventional container, and also can be used as a pen container, a desktop green planting container, a spice or a tea caddy.

The following description is of one embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present utility model more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present utility model will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present utility model, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present utility model, but not all embodiments. In this embodiment, the first beverage is a milk tea, and the second beverage is instant nidus Collocaliae. In practical applications, the types of the first beverage and the second beverage can be specifically selected according to practical needs and under the condition of safe drinking.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the beverage container 200 for packaging milk tea includes a cup 210 for storing milk tea, a detachable cup cover 240 for fitting the cup 210 and closing the mouth of the cup, or a sealing film for fitting the cup 210 and closing the mouth of the cup. Fig. 1 shows drink container 200 assembled with a cap 240, cap 240 having a receptacle 241. The beverage container 200 is a plastic cup, and in one embodiment, the beverage container 200 is made of polypropylene resin, the tensile yield stress is greater than 30MPa, the flexural modulus is greater than 1200MPa, and the notched impact strength (23 ℃) of the simply supported beam is greater than 2kJ/m 2.
The bottom of the beverage container 200 is configured as a connection 220 to the second beverage bottle 100, the connection 220 being sealed with a water-resistant, frangible carrier film 230. The connecting portion 220 is a cylindrical structure, the bottom of the cylindrical structure is connected with the cup 210, the top of the cylindrical structure is connected with a top ring 221, and a seal ring groove 222 for accommodating the seal ring 300 is provided on the lower surface of the top ring 221. The cylindrical structure, the bottom of the cup body 210 and the top ring 221 form a hard structure, and the cylindrical structure is maintained not to deform when being connected with the second beverage bottle through material selection and thickness arrangement, so that the sealing effect of the connecting part is ensured.
In an alternative embodiment, a secondary ring groove 223 is further formed on the lower surface of the top ring 221, and the secondary ring groove 223 is fused with the sealing ring groove 222. The auxiliary ring groove 223 can accommodate the deformation amount of the sealing ring 300 generated when the sealing ring is pressed by force, so that the sealing effect is improved.
The cap 240 or sealing film, the base film 230 and the cup 210 form a sealed milk tea container, which is different from the conventional milk tea container in that the bottom of the container is openable and the bottom of the container is connectable to the second drink bottle 100. When the beverage container 200 is connected with the second beverage bottle 100, the bottom film 230 is opened (destroyed), so that the beverage container 200 and the second beverage bottle 100 can be connected into a container, and the milk tea in the beverage container 200 is mixed with the bird's nest in the second beverage bottle 100.
In an alternative embodiment, the material of the bottom film 230 includes any one or two of tin foil, aluminum foil, polypropylene film, polyethylene film, polytetrafluoroethylene film, polylactic acid film, polypropylene nonwoven fabric, and paper. Preferably, the bottom film 230 is made of tin foil or aluminum foil, and the metal foil and the plastic bottle mouth can be connected through hot melting, which is a practical and environment-friendly sealing technology. The hot melt connection avoids the use of chemical glue and reduces potential environmental pollution and concerns about food safety. The hot melting technology can ensure close adhesion between the tin foil, the aluminum foil and the plastic bottle mouth, provide good sealing effect and prevent leakage of the content (namely, milk tea). The hot melt connection is generally less costly than some special sealing materials or adhesives, which helps to reduce overall production costs. The tin foil and aluminum foil materials are thinner, the straw is easy to puncture, and once the tin foil and the aluminum foil are punctured, larger holes can be quickly formed, so that the mixing speed of bird's nest and milk tea can be increased. The foil has a low yield strength, that is, it is easily deformed plastically. When a person pulls it hard or punctures it with a spike, the grains of the tin foil slide along the tearing direction, resulting in material breakage.
If drink container 200 is used as a separate volume, rupture of base film 230 should be avoided to prevent leakage of the contents.
Example 2
See fig. 1-12. The drink container assembly described in this embodiment includes a second drink bottle 100 and a drink container 200 described in embodiment 1.
In the example described in this embodiment, the second beverage bottle 100 is used for packaging instant cubilose and the beverage container 200 is used for packaging milk tea.
Referring to fig. 6-8, a second beverage bottle 100 for packaging instant bird's nest includes a bottle body 110 for storing instant bird's nest, and a bottle cap 130 for sealing the bottle body 110, wherein the bottle cap 130 is detachably connected with the bottle body 110. The second beverage bottle 100 may be a glass bottle, a ceramic bottle, a plastic bottle or a composite bottle made of various materials. Preferably, a transparent glass bottle is used as the bottle body 110 of the second drink bottle 100. The transparent second drink bottle 100 can intuitively display the quality of the bird's nest and increase the purchase confidence of consumers. The second beverage bottle 100 is a wide-bottom and narrow-mouth glass bottle, the second beverage bottle 100 comprises a bottle body 110 and a bottle neck 120, the bottle body is round and flat, and the bottom is flat, namely the second beverage bottle 100 is provided with a short and fat bottle body, and the gravity center is low, so that the gravity center of the beverage combined container can be reduced, and the stability of the beverage combined container is improved. The outer side of the bottleneck 120 is provided with external threads 121. The bottle neck 120 and the bottle cap 130 are sealed by threaded connection, so that the bottle is convenient to store. The good sealing performance is beneficial to isolating external odor and bacteria, and keeping the purity and safety of the bird's nest. Typically, the second beverage bottle 100 is placed in a refrigerator for refrigeration, which can delay degradation of nutrients in the bird's nest, and maintain its freshness and good mouthfeel. The shelf life of the bird's nest can be prolonged due to proper refrigeration conditions, and food waste is reduced. The cubilose preserved in the second beverage bottle 100 can be directly eaten before being eaten according to the requirements of consumers or can be eaten after being heated.
The bird's nest in the second beverage bottle 100 is ready-to-eat, so that the bird's nest in the bird's nest milk tea is prevented from being soaked in the milk tea for a long time, the bird's nest is softened, and the original tender and smooth or Q-shaped mouthfeel is lost. Meanwhile, the soaking time is long, so that the flavor of the milk tea can be permeated into the bird's nest, the original light taste of the bird's nest is changed, the flavor of the bird's nest is mixed with the milk tea, and the experience of a consumer in tasting the bird's nest is reduced. In a specific embodiment, the second beverage bottle 100 and the beverage container 200 are connected by screw threads, the second beverage bottle 100 is provided with external screw threads 121, the beverage container 200 is provided with internal screw threads 224, and the connecting portion 220 is provided with a sealing ring 300. Specifically, a seal ring 300 is assembled in the seal ring groove 222.
In a further embodiment, referring to fig. 12, the drink assembly container further includes a straw 400, the straw 400 having a piercing tip 401 that pierces the base film 230.
In a preferred embodiment, the volume of the beverage container 200 is more than 6 times the volume of the second beverage bottle 100. For example, the volume of the second beverage bottle 100 is set to 50ml, the volume of the beverage container 200 is set to 300 ml-500 ml, and the specific volume can be specifically selected according to actual requirements. Preferably, the outer diameter of the cup body of the second drink bottle 100 is not smaller than the outer diameter of the cup bottom of the drink container 200, and preferably, the outer diameter of the cup body of the second drink bottle 100 is equal to the outer diameter of the cup bottom of the drink container 200. The diameter of the cup body of the drink container 200 is the largest, and the diameter of the cup body of the drink container 200 gradually decreases from top to bottom.
In a preferred embodiment, the mass of the second beverage container 100 is 3 times or more the mass of the beverage container 200. For example, the weight of one cup body of the bird's nest cup is 100g, the weight of the cup body of the drink container is 22g, and the gravity center of the drink combination container is positioned on the cup body of the bird's nest cup, so that the stability of the drink combination container can be greatly improved.
The beverage combination container combines two completely different beverages, namely, the bird's nest and the milk tea, and can be very conveniently mixed when being drunk, and the bird's nest and the milk tea are drunk by using the beverage combination container without redundant packaging, so that a consumer only needs to drink the bird's nest milk tea like the conventional drink milk tea. The visualized second drink bottle can ensure that consumers consume and drink safely.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, the drink pack container described in this embodiment omits the bottom film 230 on the basis of embodiment 1. Can be used as a conventional container, and also can be used as a pen container, a desktop green plant container, a spice or a tea caddy, and the like.
Example 4
This embodiment describes a method for using the drink combination container of embodiment 2:
a) And (5) filling the instant bird's nest into the second beverage bottle 100, closing the bottle cap 130, and storing the instant bird's nest in a refrigerator at 4-6 ℃ for later use. The shelf life is managed according to the shelf life requirements of the instant bird's nest. The instant bird's nest comprises a fresh stewed bird's nest or a fresh soaked bird's nest.
B) Milk tea is prepared in the beverage container 200 according to the individual tastes of consumers. The present utility model is not related to a milk tea formula and any existing milk tea product in the prior art, particularly a shop-produced milk tea, can be contained in the beverage container 200. After the milk tea is prepared in the beverage container 200, a mouth of the beverage container 200 is sealed by a sealing film machine, so that the milk tea-containing beverage container which cannot leak out in any state (normal, inverted and poured) is obtained.
C) Taking the second beverage bottle 100 in the step a), uncovering, connecting the second beverage bottle 100 with the beverage container 200, and ensuring the sealing of the connecting part. A sealing ring 300 is placed in the sealing ring groove 222 of the beverage container 200, and the neck 120 is inserted into the connection part 220 to screw the screw.

The milk tea comprises the milk tea prepared in situ, milk tea powder or solid form composed of freeze-dried substances. The milk tea powder or the solid form composed of freeze-dried substances is firstly dissolved in water to form liquid milk tea, and then the liquid milk tea is mixed with instant bird's nest.
The instant bird's nest comprises a fresh stewed bird's nest or a fresh soaked bird's nest and all instant edible fluid bird's nest products in the prior art.
The bird nest milk tea disclosed by the embodiment has double mouthfeel, combines smoothness and tenderness of bird nest and fragrance of milk tea, and creates unique mouthfeel experience. The original flavor of the instant bird nest is reserved, and after the instant bird nest is mixed with the milk tea, the flavor of the instant bird nest and the original flavor of the milk tea can be well fused, so that a unique taste experience is provided.
The combined packaging and fusion design of instant mixing and instant drinking ensures the freshness of the beverage, consumers can enjoy the best flavor, the nutrient components in the bird's nest are fully protected before mixing, and the nutrient loss is avoided. The bird's nest and the milk tea are packaged separately, so that flavor change caused by premature mixing is avoided, and the pure flavor of each bird's nest and the milk tea can be ensured by mixing and instant drinking.
