Abstract

Technical Field

3. The process of pre-mixing and freeze-drying may affect the mouthfeel and nutritional value of portions of the food material, such as the silky texture of bird's nest and the fresh flavor of fruit.

4. Traditional lyophilization techniques may not adequately preserve the nutritional components, particularly the heat sensitive components, of edible materials such as bird's nest and coarse food grain.

5. The existing bird nest milk tea product is usually added with bird nest powder, and the added amount of bird nest is small, so that the purchase will of consumers is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a method for designing and preparing a combined container, which solves the problem of visualizing the content and quality of nidus Collocaliae. By combining the containers, a personalized blending scheme can also be provided to meet the needs of consumers for health, nutrition and personalized milk tea beverages.

According to one embodiment of the combined container of the present invention, there is further included a straw having a piercing tip piercing the carrier film.

According to one embodiment of the combined container of the present invention, the material of the base film includes any one or two of tin foil, aluminum foil, polypropylene film, polyethylene film, polytetrafluoroethylene film, polylactic acid film, polypropylene nonwoven fabric, and paper.

According to one embodiment of the combined container, the bird's nest bottle and the milk tea cup are connected through threads, and the connecting part is provided with a sealing ring.

According to one embodiment of the combined container, the bird's nest bottle is a glass bottle, a ceramic bottle, a plastic bottle or a composite bottle made of various materials; the milk tea cup is a plastic cup.

According to one embodiment of the combined container of the present invention, the lower surface of the top ring is further provided with a secondary ring groove, and the secondary ring groove and the sealing ring groove are fused with each other.

The invention also provides a method for preparing the bird's nest milk tea by using the combined container, which comprises the following steps:

Compared with the prior art, one of the technical schemes has the following advantages:

a) According to the combined container disclosed by the invention, the edible bird nest and the milk tea are packaged separately before being eaten, and when being eaten, the edible bird nest bottle enables consumers to directly observe the quality and quantity of instant edible bird nest, and the transparency and the trust degree of the product are improved. See fig. 1-12. The combined container described in this embodiment includes a bird's nest bottle 100 and a milk tea cup 200.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a bird's nest bottle 100 is used for packaging instant bird's nest. The bottled bird's nest has obvious advantages for industrial production and ensuring the quality of products, is convenient for realizing industrial and large-scale production and ensures the consistency of the quality of the products. The cup cover 240 is provided with a jack 241. Fig. 4 shows the milk tea cup 200 assembled with a cap 240. The milk tea cup 200 is a plastic cup, and in one embodiment, the milk tea cup 200 is made of polypropylene resin, the tensile yield stress is greater than 30MPa, the flexural modulus is greater than 1200MPa, and the notched impact strength (23 ℃) of a simply supported beam is greater than 2kJ/m ².

The bottom of the milk tea cup 200 is configured as a connection portion 220 to the bird's nest bottle 100, and the connection portion 220 is sealed with a water-resistant, breakable bottom film 230. The connecting portion 220 is a cylindrical structure, the bottom of the cylindrical structure is connected with the cup 210, the top of the cylindrical structure is connected with a top ring 221, and a seal ring groove 222 for accommodating the seal ring 300 is provided on the lower surface of the top ring 221. In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 6, 7 and 10, in this embodiment, the cubilose bottle 100 and the milk teacup 200 are connected by threads, the milk teacup 200 is provided with internal threads 224, and the connecting portion 220 is equipped with a sealing ring 300. Specifically, a seal ring 300 is assembled in the seal ring groove 222.

In one embodiment, a secondary ring groove 223 is further formed on the lower surface of the top ring 221, and the secondary ring groove 223 is in communication with the sealing ring groove 222. The auxiliary ring groove 223 can accommodate the deformation amount of the sealing ring 300 generated when the sealing ring is pressed by force, so that the sealing effect is improved.

The cap 240 or sealing film, the base film 230 and the cup 210 constitute a sealed milk tea container, which is different from the conventional milk tea container in that the bottom of the container is openable and the bottom of the container is connectable to the bird's nest bottle 100. In a preferred embodiment, the bird's nest bottle 100 has a mass that is 3 times or more the mass of the milk tea cup 200. Example 2

This example describes a method for preparing bird's nest milk tea using the combination container of any one of the embodiments of example 1, comprising the steps of:

a) And (5) filling the instant bird's nest into the bird's nest bottle 100, sealing the bottle cap 130, and storing in a refrigerator at 4-6 ℃ for later use. The shelf life is managed according to the shelf life requirements of the instant bird's nest. The instant bird's nest comprises a fresh stewed bird's nest or a fresh soaked bird's nest.

3. The composite container according to claim 1, wherein the material of the base film comprises any one or two of tin foil, aluminum foil, polypropylene film, polyethylene film, polytetrafluoroethylene film, polylactic acid film, polypropylene nonwoven fabric, and paper.

4. The combined container according to claim 1, wherein the bird's nest bottle and the milk tea cup are connected through threads, and the connecting part is provided with a sealing ring.

5. The combination container according to claim 1, wherein the bird's nest bottle is a glass bottle, a ceramic bottle, a plastic bottle or a composite bottle made of various materials; the milk tea cup is a plastic cup.

6. The combination container according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the milk tea cup has a volume that is 6 times or more the volume of the cubilose bottle; or/and, the quality of the bird nest bottle is more than 3 times of that of the milk tea cup.

The combination container of claim 1, wherein the connecting portion is a cylindrical structure, the bottom of the cylindrical structure is connected with the cup body, the top of the cylindrical structure is connected with a top ring, and a sealing ring groove for accommodating the sealing ring is formed in the lower surface of the top ring.

8. The combination container of claim 7, wherein the lower surface of the top ring is further provided with a secondary ring groove, the secondary ring groove being in communication with the sealing ring groove.

9. A method of preparing bird's nest milk tea using the combination container according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:

a) Packaging the instant nidus Collocaliae into nidus Collocaliae bottle, sealing the bottle cap, and preserving for use;

b) The milk tea is prepared into a milk tea cup according to the personal taste of a consumer;

c) Taking the cubilose bottle in the step a), uncovering, connecting the cubilose bottle with a milk tea cup, and ensuring that the joint is sealed;

d) The bottom film at the bottom of the milk tea cup is pierced by the piercing tip of the straw, and a hole is made on the bottom film;

e) The milk tea flows into the bird's nest bottle from the milk tea cup, realizes mixing, and completes the preparation of the bird's nest milk tea.

10. A bird's nest milk tea, characterized in that the bird's nest milk tea is packaged by the combined container according to any one of claims 1 to 8, and the components of the bird's nest milk tea comprise instant bird's nest and milk tea which are separated when packaged and mixed when eaten;

the milk tea comprises a solid form of milk tea prepared in situ, milk tea powder or freeze-dried substances;

the instant bird's nest comprises a fresh stewed bird's nest or a fresh soaked bird's nest.
