Abstract

本实用新型涉及到一种多层复合包装装饰材料。本实用新型所述的多层复合包装材料由四层密封粘接组成，第一层(内层)为塑料薄膜，第二层为纸，第三层为铝箔，第四层(外层)为彩印塑料薄膜，彩印塑料薄膜的彩印面朝向铝箔层。本复合包装材料外观色彩饱满、鲜艳、防水、防潮、防油渗透，对中层纸或纸板的质量要求不高，可采用低品位纸质，采用较为简单的凹印工艺印得到了胶印成型的产品，而且外观质量大大高于胶印产品，成本则比胶印产品降低了30％左右。

复合包装材料
本实用新型涉及到一种多层复合包装装饰材料。
中国专利申请CN2085788(申请号90227173)公开了一种“复合材料饮料包装盒”，由多层复合材料压合密封而成，外层为聚酯膜，中层为卡纸，里层为铝塑膜，铝塑膜的铝面向卡纸，塑料面向里，主要用于饮料包装。
中国专利申请CN1055506(申请号90105802)公开了一种“包装食品用三层塑料复合薄膜”由双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜为面层，涂布法制得的聚乙烯醇(PVA)涂层为中间层，聚乙烯(PE)为内层所组成，用三层材料制成一种复合薄膜。
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种平整、挺拨、外观色彩明快且成本低、档次高的复合包装材料。
本实用新型所述的多层复合包装材料由四层密封粘接组成，第一层为塑料薄膜，第二层为纸，第三层为铝箔，第四层为彩印塑料薄膜，彩印塑料薄膜的彩印面朝向铝箔层。
本实用新型所述包装材料的中层也可为纸板。
本实用新型所述的复合包装材料外观色彩饱满、鲜艳，防水、防潮、防油渗透，对中层纸或纸板的质量要求不高，可采用低品位纸质，其制作工艺中减少了胶印刷中的上光、烫印电化铝工序，印刷采用较为简单的凹印工艺印得到了胶印成型的产品，而且外观质量大大高于胶印产品，成本则比胶印产品降低了30％左右，本实用新型所述材料平整、挺拨、强度高，可成膜，也可成型，应用范围广泛。由于层次较多，所制得之产品挺阔，内衬塑料面，手感好，为上当次的产品。

图中4为外层，采用印花塑料薄膜，3为中层，采用铝箔，2为中层，采用纸或纸板，1为内层，采用一般塑料薄膜，外层和内层均可选用现有产品，中层的纸或纸板则可采用灰底白板纸、白卡纸等品位较低的纸。

Claims (2)

1、一种多层复合包装材料，由四层密封粘接组成，其特征在于第一层1为塑料薄膜，第二层2为纸，第三层3为铝箔，第四层4为彩印塑料薄膜，彩印塑料薄膜的彩印面朝向铝箔层。
2、按照权利要求1所述的包装材料，其特征在于中层2为纸或纸板。
