Abstract
一种微计算机软件加密保护装置，其特殊之处是用一片电可擦写式只读存贮器U1作为数据读写单元；U1的片选引脚P1与计算机接口(1)引脚4相连，U1的时钟引脚P2与计算机接口(1)引脚5相连，U1的数据输入脚P3与计算机接口(1)引脚6相联，U1的数据输出脚P4与计算机接口(1)引脚3相联。该装置具有结构简单、易于制作的优点，同时它不含任何时序电路，所以不会影响计算机与打印机之间的通讯信号。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种能对微计算机软件进行加密保护，从而防止该软件被非法使用的装置。
由于运行在微计算机上的软件易于复制，便造成了许多商品软件的非法使用，非法用户只要复制一份软件厂商出售的商品软件，便可以不付费用而使用该软件，这大大损害了软件厂商的利益。因此，软件厂商一般都对商品软件进行加密保护，以防止对软件的未受权使用。为达到这个目的，目前一种很流行的方法是为每套软件配一个保护装置，其中存有软件运行的关键数据。
这种装置一般是包含了一套电路以保存软件的运行数据，并传递计算机与打印机之间的通讯信号，如北京天地电子技术开发公司的产品--软件加密狗，其电路结构比较复杂，生产期长，工序烦琐，通常要包括电路制板、元件处理、焊接、包装等多个工序；而且其性能不易稳定，一旦选用了低质量的元件或制作稍有失误，便会造成对计算机与打印机的通讯信号的影响，造成打印出错。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电路结构简单、制作容易、不影响计算机和打印机之间通讯信号的加密保护装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：通过将一片串行输入输出电可擦写式只读存贮器的片选引脚同计算机打印机接口的4号引脚相联，时钟引脚同计算机打印机接口的5号引脚相联，数据输入引脚同计算机打印机接口的6号引脚相联，数据输出引脚同计算机打印机接口的3号引脚相联，电源和地分别同计算机打印机接口的16脚和25脚相联，可保证软件能准确读取存放在该芯片中的数据且不影响计算机与打印机之间的通讯信号。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是：因为只使用一个芯片，可直接焊到外壳接口的引线上，所以结构非常简单，易于制作；同时它独立于计算机与打印印机之间的通讯信号线，并且不含任何时序电路，所以不会影响计算机与打印机之间的通讯信号。

下面结合图1，详细说明本实用新型的细节及工作情况。
该装置包括接口(1)和接口(2)，其中(1)是与计算机的接口，(2)是与打印机的接口，它们分别有25根引脚，通过25根导线一一互连；另外，芯片U1的片选脚P1联接在(1)的4脚上，时钟脚P2联接在(1)的5脚上，数据输入脚P3联接在(1)的6脚上，数据输出脚P4联接在(1)的3脚上，地线P5和P6联接在(1)的25脚上，电源线P8脚联接在(1)的16脚上，P7脚悬空；这里，串行输入输出的电可擦写式只读存贮器U1可以采用CAT33C101或93C46A。
由于U1是串行输入输出的电可擦写式只读存贮器，在+5V电源下可正常工作，它的地线P5和P6脚共同接到(1)的25脚；由软件向打印机接口(1)的引脚16发送高电平，引脚5发送脉冲，引脚4发送高电平。使U1的电源线P8、时钟脚P2及片选脚P1分别得到正常的工作条件；软件这时可通过(1)的6脚向U1的数据输入脚P3发送读写数据命令。相应数据由U1经数据输出脚P4输出到(1)的引脚3，由软件读回，则能得到该数据。
在计算机与打印机通讯时，U1由于没有正常的工作条件，处于无效状态，而(1)与(2)之间的信号线一一互通，所以，U1对计算机和打印机之间通讯没有影响。
Claims (2)
1.一种微计算机软件加密保护装置，该装置包括：数据读写单元和接口；其特征是：用一片电可擦写式只读存贮器U1作为数据读写单元；U1的片选引脚P1与计算机接口(1)引脚4相连，U1的时钟引脚P2与计算机接口(1)引脚5相连，U1的数据输入脚P3与计算机接口(1)引脚6相联，U1的数据输出脚P4与计算机接口(1)引脚3相联。
2.根椐权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是接口(1)和接口(2)的25根引脚分别经由导线一一互连。
